Just went to this place for the last time. They say they honor coupons from other hair cut places. I went in and after my cut gave then a Fantastic Sam’s coupon I printed off the Valpac coupon for $ 9.95 and they re-​fused to honor the coupon. I will now be going to Fantastic Sam’s which is right around the corner from this hole and taking my son as well. Hard to believe they would not take my coupon and because of it they have lost 2 customers who have supported this location for the past 6 years every 6 weeks… Hope the $ 3.00 you saved was worth it you pieces of sheet…

A CHOP SHOP managed by corporate no-​nothings who are only interested in making money rather providing a service.
Hair is personal, they do not get that.
I have been coming here on and off for years, haircuts are hit and miss, but I still like the stylists.
Here is how the plan works
Customers are not allowed to request stylists on the weekend
The best cutters work monday-​friday mornings or evenings, hidden away.
The hacks and the new hires work the weekends when it is most busy.
If they are offering a weekend coupon expect an hour to hour an half wait, those deals bring out out crowds of the cheap skates for 10 dollar haircuts.
Do not expect much conversation and quality on the weekend, you are on an assembly line. Be prepared for some up selling of hair product when you are done which is annoying.
I sure do miss the days when you can a nice haircut without all the hassles.
