Mike is the best ever. I blew a tire several towns away where everything was seemingly closed, called this place, and they very kindly stayed open to help me with a new tire. thanks, guys!

I had taken my car there a few times for oil changes and for the most part had been satisfied. This last time I went they recommended about $ 1k worth including new tires. When I declined they made me sign a waiver basically saying if I die from a tire blow out I can’t blame them. They scared me to death! I let someone else who has been working on cars for years look and he stated that my tires were perfectly fine. Which is what I thought since I had my tires for less than a year and only drive into work 3 days a week. It makes me very wary to trust them. I feel like they were trying to scare me into a product.

I’ve taken 2 of my vehicles here in the last 3 months for service (oil/​filter change).
Have no problem with their Quality of Work… just extremely slow. Yesterday it took 1 hour 45 minutes for a simple oil change and I had made an appointment,… and I was the first customer to arrive, they weren’t slammed.
Next time I will go somewhere else so I don’t waste an entire morning for a simple task.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with these guys over the past year but tonight they really showed me how much they really care about they’re customers. While dropping my wife’s car off tonight the crew took the time to fix a wheel/​tire issue on my truck.
These guys rock!
