I hate this place
on 12 6 15 I made a big mistake and ate here. I was with another person it was there choice
my friend hated there meal. a nasty manager known as Nicole was rude to my friend. my meal was bad
my buddy asked a manager to tell he about the cold food and nasty pork chop. I believe people complain about how rude Nicole the manager is. as a manager you have to relate to people. Nicole is a nasty vile individual. I believe because Nicole is a manager she can be a rude cold bitch and Nicole will never have to answer for her actions!
I had so many problems there I will never come back
I really disliked it before my last meal.

I hate that place so much they could close the shop and have another company knock the entire building down and I still will have memories of fat slobs with bodies built like endless bread rolls all rolled in there fat bodies. The mean manager Nicole did me in forever and ever. The stench of foulness make me sick just by typing.
years ago in 2002 when they were in the earlier years being opened they were much better.
the only way after my grief I feel in this business age they will not get away with this.
I mean they a few years ago had a new manager nikki who was replaced from the one in akron.
she is nice but she isn’t enough. I hope they close shop forever. The prices go up like the scale does when the fat fucks look at the scale. I don’t mind paying for good food. If anyone else go I know I will stay in my car before I ever walk inside the horrid buffet.

Went with my brother and his two children. They had a action hero night. All the workers was gathered at the front just hanging around. They had cell phones laying out all over the cash wrap counter. The salad bar needed cleaned and restocked. The one display with plates was empty and never replaced. No napkins in the napkin holder. My Brice waited over 10 minutes to get ice cream. We just got her pudding. Sad that all the employees was just standing around not even attending things that needed attention. Our waiter was the only one running around like crazy doing his job. The cheese had food dropped in it. The sour cream had about 1 cup left that was frozen solid. Will not be going back anytime soon. We need Ponderosa back! Have to say the chicken for that the heat is was actually pretty good.

Terrible experience. We were seated at a dirty table. Food was bland. Very large man at a nearby table belching loudly. Complained to the manager about this and was told to address this with the man directly, but the man simply would not stop belching. Could not get a word in, because of the loud belches. This particular guest appeared to have been wearing a diaper under his big jeans, which is very gross in a restaurant setting. Will not return to this restaurant again.

Years ago this same location was a solid 4 Stars. Other Golden Corral’s are much better, what happened here? Not enough Staff at all levels… waited 10 minutes for a FORK! Place is dirty. The food isn’t much different than other locations, but the management needs to go! Not this location again, I don’t care how much the kids ask.

I will be just fine if I never go here again. Food on the floor, dirty tables. This is the Wal Mart of restaurants. The food was average but nothing to brag about, even by buffet standards.

The nephew picked this for his birthday dinner. I regret everything.
In seriousness, the food wasn’t terrible. The salad bar was surprisingly fresh. The fried chicken was good, as was the brisket. The mashed potatoes weren’t great, but the green beans were redeeming.
The place was a hot mess on toast though. Things needed to be cleaned up, the dessert area was severely understocked [and had multiple employees slicing red velvet cake, of which there was plenty already out, while there almost everything else was depleted — weird].
Clientele was fascinating, particularly the woman sitting next to us threatening to «whoop» her one year old daughter for not eating and the youth sports team of some sort making goat noises nearby.

Wow, this place was horrible! Went around 7:30 pm and the place was so dirty looking. Sat down with my family and got some salad. As I was eating my salad I found a black/​gray hair in my salad, so that pretty much killed off finishing that salad. Went up to get more food. Everything was gone and just messy. Come back to the table and our waiter asked if we wanted refills, we both said yes. 10 minutes pass and my boyfriend comes back telling me he saw our waiter and the cashier going out for a cigarette without bringing our drinks. So I grabbed our cups, went to the front and asked for refills. When the waiter returned from outside I never witnessed wash his hands or even come over to our table to appologize to us. I won’t go back. My son told me he would remind me of this horrible gross place forever if I even mention going back. Ew.

This is my favorite buffet of all time! I was here twice in a week ~ once with my brother/​sister-​in-​law/​folks and once with friends I only see once a year… I love that I can fill up a plate with fresh salad, another plate with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies and then another plate with deserts. They are always crowded whenever I’ve been there, which means that the food is served very fresh. The downside of being that busy is that occasionally they run out of something ~ like the popcorn shrimp that made several folks I was dining with very sad… They advertise a chocolate fountain, but it turned out to be only a bowl of chocolate dip for the skewered fruit and marshmallows… OK, It was just as tasty, but not as much fun. A summer addition this year is cotton candy, which I don’t eat, but it seemed to be a big hit with the kids… I always have good food here and if I leave hungry, it’s my own fault (not that I ever have).
