French Tip Nail Salon

This places deserves zero stars. We made appointments so we could avoid a long wait. We arrived early. It was over 20 mins before an employee even acknowledged us. One tech did a good job and was quick. The other took three times as long and did a horrible job. The lady told me one price and then charged another. The employees were rude and only concerned with each other and have no concept of customer service. I will never return!

Not the cleanest shop also for the name of the shop being «french tip» you would think they could do a french manicure correctly. My friend an I both got french manicures and both looked terrible crooked, and messy. They also have a terrible nail polish selection with a bunch of no name brands.

Rude staff who don’t talk to u as a customer but rather, talk to each other and not in English. Always crowded.

Went in there the other day on my birthday I wanted it’s a French tip but I wanted it done with polish instead of airbrush because it would last longer I went to the lady in the very first cubicle for one she was on her phone talking which was very rude the French Tip was horrible I asked her would she fix it make the line straighter she tried to do that and then hurried up and got the clear coat and paint my nails they look terrible I told her I was not happy with this and I don’t like it she got smart with me told me you should have told me this before I finished I told her I did tell you you wasn’t listening she continued to argue with me so I told her she can have someone else paint my nails I don’t have to deal with her attitude then I said just give me air brush she was like fine I will and I will give you your $ 5 back I said okay that’s fine because I paid good money and you’re not about to just have me walking out of here with my nails looking a mess I will not be going back there they are rude I’ve been treated way better she’s not that good anyway

My wife goes here all the time. She likes the way they do her nails and how fast they get her nails done! The atmosphere is alright and that’s why she gives it three stars.
