Fred Astaire Dance Studios

My 5 year old daughter has been taking dance classes here for about a month and a half now. Excellent teachers, very patient, very positive. Having had a horrific experience with another local dance studio, and the one that my child was treated, this place is a breath of fresh air! I would recommend highly to anyone interested in having a positive first experience to the introduction of dance! Thanks for the great work!

Hubby and I had a night out without the kids and decided to take a lesson together for fun. Loved it!!! Fabulous teacher (Eva) who was patient but pushed us to learn. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to learn the basics of ballroom dance, or looking to enhance what you know, I highly, highly recommend this dance studio :-)
The instructors are top notch, both as dancers and as teachers – really outstanding! The studio is open and inviting, with a beautiful wood floor. You can learn dances like the rumba, foxtrot, salsa, swing, cha cha, waltz, hustle, and others. I’m a big fan of the foxtrot, rumba, and salsa :-)
Outside of group and private lessons, you have the opportunity to practice what you know and are learning at Friday nite practice parties (which are really fun!)
You don’t need a dance partner to take lessons, the students are a mix of couples and individuals, all ages.
So, if you’re looking to create your wedding dance, try a new hobby, enhance your ballroom skills, do something different for ‘date nite’, or are just curious to see if you’d like to ballroom dance, I definitely recommend you do check out The Fred Astaire studio in Canton :-)

Eric, Eva, Stefan… Can’t say anything bad about them. Eric and Eva own the place, and were in the top 1% of ballroom dancers in the World! Now they teach in Canton and I couldn’t be happier!
They’re so sweet and just want to see you succeed, and are so knowledgeable. I’m glad I started because when my grandma passed away in June, my sister and I were able to dance (spontaneously so) at the funeral, and it was perfect to know the moves.
