First Christian Church

I had tried out a few churches in the area before I found First Christian. I’ve stayed at First Christian because I feel a genuine connection to the church’s leaders and their sermons. I had never been to a large church before visiting First Christian and I had wondered if I would feel out of place. Now I know that the size and style of a church doesn’t matter nearly as much as the content of their sermons. First Christian has many effective teachers on staff. They teach from the bible, and they do it in a way that ties scripture to the challenges that many Christians are facing today.
Ryan Rasmussen is the church’s new pastor. I’ve heard a few of his sermons now and it’s clear to me that he is a powerful leader who packs a lot of genuine excitement into his sermons.
I would recommend this church to anyone in any demographic. I can especially see how non-​Christians and young individuals would feel comfortable here.
In case anyone is wondering, I hold no position at the church. I am simply a guy who has attended First Christian for 2 years now and has enjoyed the experience of growing closer to God.

This is a very welcoming, friendly church. The music is very well done. The pastoral staff is caring, knowledgeable, and men who try their best to follow the less of Jesus Christ.
