I bought my ticket last week for the opening of the movie based on Benghazi. I showed up spent money at concession stand went to theater 6 as it said on ticket and found my seat. Listening to music and occasional updates like «please remember to turn off your phone» I let time pass. Then I realized something was wrong. So I gathered my stuff and went to box office to learn mgmt moved the viewing of movie to another theater.
All would have been fine if someone was validating tickets I would have been directed to the proper theater. However I appears you can walk into this establishment at will and help yourself to any seat and any theater at any time

I was contacted by Frank F from the Emagine Operations Dept. within a couple of days. He wanted my email so that he could send something to make up for the inconvenience but to date nothing has been received.

I’ve seen about 5 movies at this theater, and it leaves others in the dust. Of course the bar is nice for night time viewing but the prices for matinée are too good to pass up. My buddies and I went to see Star Wars on opening weekend in 3D and it was MORE than worth it. Nothing compares to the seating they have. The leather reclining seats with FEET of room on each side have us hooked! There’s nothing like seeing a movie in a recliner, it’s like watching a movie at home! We all agreed that this will be our theater from here out.

Great price, comfortable with reclining seats everywhere, includes a bar. Unfortunately, the seats are wearing out – they’re still functional, but creak a lot.

It was alright, nothing special. The popcorn was pretty good though and they give big containers.

The movie was great, the staff was amazing, but the theater we were in (16) was absolutely filthy. My fiancé went to our car and brought in our supply of wet wipes so that we knew our seats were clean. There was garbage all over the floor, in the seats, it looked like someone had let disabled children loose with popcorn buckets and no parental oversight. Not a great experience, but you don’t waste a night with a sitter complaining to a 19 year old manager.

Awesome theater! I drive 20 minutes every time I want to watch a movie. It’s well worth the drive. Awesome employees, clean, peaceful. Luxury Seating and they’re own version of am imax. What else do you need!

My wife and I visit weekly and I must say it is one of the best theaters around, the luxury seats are a awesome bonus. Prices are also great.

We went to the concierge with my friends on a movie night with each other and we were seeing bridge of spies so we were giggling and the man took my phone for our ticket redemption until this man told us in a hostile voice threatening us to call the police if we had a complaint in the theater over a giggle we said no words nor laughed in a movie with great history! And I was dis pleased with the assumptions of this man although the seats were not working and made more sounds than we did and it was uncomfortable knowing that a man was threatening to call the police making this night a terrible end to the weekend

Usually I dont have a complaint… today. today is different.
I rush out of the house to catch a new release movie so I can squeeze in two movies on my night off and find they cancelled my first show to make room for a different movie but failed to update thier online listings or the board at the ticket counter. So here I sit for 40 mins to see the second show.
Just disappointed all the way around! I dont get these opportunities often and it was a let down. The manager was pretty much «oh well, sorry». GEEZE thanks for helping me feel like a «valued» customer.
How about a free drink while I wait? Bleh!

I want to start off by saying that we are thoroughly impressed with The level of customer service that we received during our visit. I love Emagine but today they have earned my business for life.
What started off as a normal date night at the movies quickly turned sour when we were approached in the dark by a man who was acting very suspects and just plain weird. We tried to shake it off but we felt very nervous and shaky about the incident that had occurred. We went to concierge and told them about what happened. They were very understanding and very reassuring. They quickly issued us passes to come back to see the movie and also because it was dark, called security to escort us to our car. They took a detailed report of what happened and alerted all of security to be on the lookout for the man that approached us.
I feel as though Emagine could’ve shrugged this off as an unfortunate incident but they took our concern and safety seriously. They asked us for our account of the incident and followed through with making sure that the grounds were safe. I go to a lot of movies and a lot of theaters but I am solely sticking with Emagine now. I feel more happy secure knowing that they have great customer service and great management and bonus great security. Kudos to them for a job well done. I look forward to going back and enjoying the movie.
Though we did not stay for the full movie I will say that the luxury seating is absolutely awesome and the new beverage machines are amazing. I feel like there is a lot of variety and you have more choices. The self-​serve beverage machines seem to help with making the lines go by faster. The whole process from ticket sale to being seated was very fast and we definitely appreciate that on a busy Friday night. The bathrooms were clean and well-​stocked. I feel as though Emagine has come along way and definitely have earned their name as a lecture there. That’s all folks.

Love, love the new seats in the theater! I could literally fall asleep in those comfy seats! I won’t go to any other theater. They have great snacks and drinks, you know the ones that they ask for your I. D
Awesome job emagine theater

With all the avaliable avenues to watch movies in the comfort of your home, you want those times that you go to the theater to be memorable. Imagine Theater is clean, comfortable and for the most part quiet. The only two things that I don’t like is… assign seating and the concession prices. If you’re going to see a high demand movie, check first via online before driving there. My overall experience was a 6 out of 10.

My Emagine experience blew away my imagination, WOW!
I went to a day movie and tickets were only $ 5 anytime before 6 p.m. AWESOME!
The entire complex was clean and the atmosphere was very nice. Walking around, I was very excited to see that they had a little bar section.
Beers are about the same prices you would see at a Ball Game, so I didn’t mind shelling out $ 9 for a 32 ounce of beer to sip on while I enjoy a viewing of The Minions.
So at this point I got my brew, getting ready to see the sexy Minions movie with my dogs Famus Dave and J Mills, and boy oh boy did my eyes light up when I saw the seats. They were literally the hugest movie theater seats I have seen in my life. These seats could fit two Scottys and they were comfortable AF! They even reclined, bonus!!!
Now onto the movie experience. Wowsers! The screen is as big as my, well… it’s pretty big screen. You will be pleased! The sound system is bumping. The sound in the theater was perfect. If anyone says otherwise, they are cuckoo, I mean, BELLO…(hidden Minion reference lol)
The popcorn wasn’t as buttery as I normally desire, but I didn’t pay for it. J Mill offered me a few bites of his P-​Corn bucket and I grabbed the bucket and like had a few handfuls and pretended to not hear or see him when he tried to get the bucket of warm popping corn back, so I guess it was pretty good after all.
Let me tell you something man, I will be back to Emagine Canton and back again. I’m definitely gonna hit up Magic Mike XXL man. The magic will be experiencing the luxury of this theater as I enjoy the real Magic, which is when Big Dick Ritchie takes the stage and does his thing on the screen. (I’m not gay, I’m the furthest thing from gay, I just really appreciate dance films)
Anywho, best theater I’ve been to in my life, check it out! I couldn’t Emagine wanting to go to any theater ever after going to this great place! A++
Pro-​Tip — The attendants here seem to be on point so guys, don’t try fooling anyone with the Bucket Trick, I aint gonna fall for that one again.
Pro-​Tip 2 — Pregame move — before the previews come on, buy a box of Milk Duds and mix them things into the popcorn box. They will get soft and their flavors will enhance. This mix of salty and sweet will enhance your life.

I have enjoyed the Luxury seats here for quite some time. I love it. Currently I am in theater 15 and it is a smaller one. I got a seat with my friend. Both of them are broken. My footrest does not completely extend because it is pushed up too far against the wall. And my friends seat, the back cushion does not extend. I am not very pleased thus far… Although, my pal Brenden with the spikey hair is really cool. He needs a raise. In fact, we assured him that the theater would give him one, so now you are legally obligated to do so. Please add the $ 16 we paid for our tickets to his check, but spread it throughout the year. He is a good man. He tried to fix our seats and although failed, the effort was great. Or if need be just make him the Co-​CEO of Emagine. Or better yet put him in your commercials instead of your current CEO with the red eye.

First of all beautiful theater, with nice amenities, really clean and comfy recliner seats.
My biggest problem with this theater is that they don’t have good sound system. I have watched many movies here in different screens. But always experienced low sound volume and no Surround sound. I believe my LG 47″ TV has better sound then this.
Hopefully, if Emagine is reading this review, they might put this under consideration.
Also, I have been to Goodrich Quality down the road and also experienced no surround sound.
I am from New York and always had a good experience as far as sound goes. Maybe its has to do something with MI.

$ 5 tickets for screenings before 6pm — that is worth 4 stars alone. Add in the new leather recliners and the experience could be hit or miss… so I’m leaning more towards 3 – 3.5.
When I saw we were sitting in a cinema with luxury seats I was SO excited! I’ve always thought Emagine had clean and comfy seats, but this was a whole new level of luxury.
I will admit it’s a little strange sitting next to people who are fully reclined, as if we’re in their living room. My friends recliner was broken, they’re electric so that is bound to happen. I feel like chairs that are broken should be taken off the reservation screen or they should at least be «flagged» so you know that you’ll be sitting in a broken chair.
I thought my seat was very comfortable — I liked that there wasn’t a squeaking sound every time I wanted to sit up and re-​adjust how I’m sitting.

I haven’t been to Emagine in a couple years and since my last visit it looks like they improved the seats in the reserved seating section. I don’t remember the leather seats reclining and having foot rests. I really enjoyed being able to recline my seat and put my feet up. It felt like being at home. The theater was cold and had to cover up my body with my coat to stay warm but it wasn’t unbearable. I will return.

Even though there’s an IMAX theater less than 5 minutes away, we will gladly make the half an hour drive to Emagine Canton. The theater is really clean, and the clientele is, in general, a lot more classy than most other theaters I’ve been to. Given that it’s such a large theater, this also means there’s always a good selection of first-​run movies with a variety of show times to choose from. Choosing Emagine Canton is also an excuse to eat at one of the awesome restaurants in the area that we don’t normally get to go to because they’re so far away.
Although the ticket prices aren’t cheap, the new recliner seating more than makes up for it. The full bar is, of course, an added bonus.

If I could rate this theater less than 1 star I would. It used to be nice.
$ 1.00 for real butter… wait so you all are admitting to your goop not being butter?
$ 12.50 for a ticket, no doubt to pay for their useless «luxury» seats. These new chairs cannot kick your feet up without reclining practically into a bed. Then when you do that, they never shortened their railings so that is right in your view of the screen.
Assigned seating so no more buying a ticket and waiting for your friends, you need to buy them all together so to be sure you are sitting together.
Carpet has been ripped up exposing glue tacky stairs, and paper row letters taped to the walls help the ushers find your seats.
Then comes the quality of the movie…
The curtains opened for the previews, then closed back up for the movie.
And at least twenty times during the movie the projector cut out for a second or two, sometimes during gags of the comedy we were watching.

So you’ve heard about matinée prices and full bar service and I love those things too. I’m not in love with the popcorn nor the price.
They’re doing some remodeling and the new seats are awesome. Leather recliner with large armrests, you have to check it out. Audio was a little too loud but I am getting old and bring a blanket if you remember, my nose was running.
