Pizza sauce was great, but the wings keep this spot from 5 stars. So, just shy away from wings, and its best in town.

Fantastic pizza, excellent gyros, and very friendly and professional service. We ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the establishment, itself. I look forward to checking out the restaurant very soon.

Great halal food w/​great prices. Very fulfilling. I had the delicious BBQ wrap. A little mild for my taste but this olace has myriads of items and combos to choose from.

Nice personable people & good pizza. Was a little disappointed in the cheese though as it pooled oily.

We just ordered some pizza and cheese bread via delivery. They were very nice in general but the wait time was a little atrocious. This doesn’t bother me a whole bunch… I realize good things are worth the wait…
Which is why I wish this was better.
Actually, the pizza toppings were delicious. Plenty of cheese on the cheese bread, the sausage on the sausage/​pepperoni pizza was spicy and extremely delicious (can I just get a pound of this sausage? Seriously…), and the Mediterranean pizza with its roasted garlic cloves and feta? Yum! However, when a place advertises that they have a wood fire oven, I expect a crisp crust. The crust was not only doughy and soggy, it tasted like the box it came in. I’m sorry, but for me, the crust is an integral part of the pizza and if it’s bad, it drags the whole pizza down. With other options in the area, I probably won’t be ordering from this place again, sorry. :-(

Was turned on to the chicken shwarma pizza and deep dish by a helpful gent at the Verizon store. Yeah, weird, huh? But it was some of the BEST pizza we’ve EVER had. Guys in pizzeria are super friendly and happy to be helpful. Unfortunate that we’ll move soon — hopefully this pizza meanders its way to Macomb County soon! ;-)))

Came here for the first time to redeem my Groupon and came away very impressed. I figured when it said Halal meat and brick oven that the the place would be all about thin and crispy crusts… but in reality, it’s definitely not. It’s very much an independent pizza place with quality crust ingredients and meat products that are less greasy and salty, but has definite advantages.
First things first, we ordered a Calzone and a Chicken Sub with fries. Yes, you get a lot of fries. And they’re hot and crispy (not salted much, but you can always add salt to taste). Surprisingly my $ 6 Meaty Calzone was huge! Like, bigger than a Pizza Hut P’zone and much tastier. The crust was chewy but crisp on the outside and the toppings were meaty and still tasted pretty much the same as regular meat topping. A little bit of greasy on the box, but then again, what good pizza doesn’t have some cheese and grease on the box?
Furthermore, this place has $ 5 lunch specials 11AM-​4PM Daily and some great deals. I would definitely come again and plan on trying some more variety of items… but you need a great pizza and some other choices for pickier friends, this is the place to go. If I worked anywhere around here, I would go there for lunch like once a week at least. It might be the place we get Super Bowl pizza and snacks from.

More like a 2.5, but I’m feeling charitable:
In the spirit of trying new things, my wife and I thought we’d give this place a whirl. Ended up ordering a large supreme pizza here. The menu online is some what misleading, as we thought it would be cheaper than it actually was. I guess I should’ve asked the guy on the phone (who was very nice) what the price was supposed to be. Stand on me.
My wife came back, and this pizza was loaded with toppings. I don’t know if it’s the halal meat or what, but the meat didn’t seem to have the flavor (read salt) that most pizzas typically do. This actually lead to a lighter (read less greasy) feeling after eating. Sure I had to eat 4 slices to get full, but I did just run 4 miles that day. One thing I didn’t care for was that the bottom of the pizza was a bit soggy, though the crust wasn’t affected, and had a nice chew to it.
OVERALL– the supreme was probably over priced for what it was, but a decent pie.

First time here today. Turns out a «side» of fries is almost an entire meal in itself. Great boneless wings — granted, they’re diced-​up chicken tenders in sauce, but the sauce was so good, I couldn’t complain. What variety, too. I have a feeling I’m going to be frequenting this place quite a bit, since I work right up the road.

Awesome pizza and salads! Wood fired pizza, how can you go wrong?

Ordered delivery from Elite and I must say it was a horrible experience all around! I had to repeat my order 3 times to the guy on the phone before he got it right, when they delivered the guy called me trying to locate my place then proceeded to cut me off in the middle of my sentence because he had to take another call. Needless to say they got my order wrong. I had a cheese burger, it tasted like one of those pre frozen patties they sell in hospital cafaterias. It was terrible! Also I had to explain to my 6 year old that he would not be recieving the soda I promised him (which was a special treat becasue he doesn’t get soda often) becasue the delivery guy forgot it. I know first hand the food service industry can be tough but this was a COMPLETE lack of effort. Very dissapointed.

I like giving my business to the local guy vs a big pizza chain. The Unilocal reviews and a Groupon got me in the door, but the food will have me returning regularly!
Ken got a smaller order of wings, which they drop in the fryer right when you order them and then toss in your choice of sauce. He went ‘spicy’ but it was a touch sweet too. (he would have preferred just spicy, but he devoured the wings — I tried one, and they were nice and crispy).
We split a Spicy Mushroom and Swiss burger (with fries) and a small sausage and jalapeño pizza. Waaay too much food… but we wanted a variety! The burger was good. The pizza, which we did not order well done, was also very good — nice amount of toppings and loved the crust.
I’m willing to wait for freshly made food. If you’re not (but I do agree that an hour wait IS excessive, Dan C), you may want to pick up a not-​so-​hot-​and-​ready!

The BEST schwarma in town! My office eats at Elite Pizza once a week. We have Schwarma Thursday. I can’t live wiht out their salad. The burgers also rock! Great food at a small price.

OK, three new customers for Elite Pizzeria. We ordered three pizzas.
— a large pepperoni (Hubby was thrilled with it, thought it was very tasty, not too much cheese and «light» — not heavy greasy like his usual);
— a ham/​mushroom/​onion (Daughter liked this one the best — LOTS of toppings, very tasty ham);
— a mediterranean minus tomato (MY favorite — it was incredible! My favorite part was the huge pieces of roasted garlic on top. At least one clove for every piece of za)
We ordered them well done per the recommendations here, they were perfect.
We will be returning, for sure! Very friendly service, hot tasty pizza for a very good price. Well done Elite!

From the very 1^st time I walked into Elite Pizzeria I has Impressed! Cleanliness, Service, Food Quality, and Value are just some of the Reasons that will keep me returning as a Customer! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have been completely Satisfied every single time!

Forget all the other Pizza shops in the Area this is the best it gets! Excellent Pizza and service. The pizza had the best crust I have probably ever had. It’s just standard crust but has lots of flavor. The pizza was fresh out of the oven. All the toppings were great and they put just enough cheese.
The staff was friendly and talked to us while we were waiting on our pizza’s. It was clean and it smelled great. I can’t wait to be back :)

Great people, but I am sorry it was a really disappointing experience, the beef shawrma pita smelled stale, the chicken shawrma didn’t have pickle, or any veggies on it, ordered the deluxe pizza, and it was topped of with topping, with hardly any cheese, and was so watery, that crust fell apart. but owners where gracious enough to give me my money back.

Well, just a quick update. I had Elite pizza once again tonight, and this time, ordered it to be well done. The pizza was perfect!!! Not that it wasn’t previously, but it was «wet» as my wife put it… Well, not anymore, cooking it a little longer was the answer!
I also ordered Elite’s breadsticks and they were very good also.
Like I said before, Elite Pizzeria ROCKS!

We came here in a group, close to closing time. The owner was very friendly and nice and stayed open late for us.
The food was good, we had a 3 different types of wings, and a couple of pizzas. The pizzas werent the best but were good. Also had a burger and it was AMAZING!
Def going to come here again when I am in town.

What a great place to have here in Canton, MI. Great food and all the meat is from Saad Meats in Canton. Halal and FRESH.
Sam even made my pregnant wife something that wasn’t even on the menu. Amazing loaded cheese fries… she loved them. I had the pizza. Can’t wait to try the spicy burger next time!
Like I said on my review on Saad Meats. You don’t have to be a Muslim to eat Halal meat. Try it… it is cleaner, fresher and you know where it comes from.
We will definitely be back.
