History

Established in 2014.

I am a member of InterNACHI. I provide a 90 day warranty, a buy your home back guarantee, conduct a Recall Chek on all appliances, energy report and home maintenance book with every inspection. I also make an attempt to get on every roof. Many inspectors do not do this. I check for gas leaks, missing insulation (infrared camera), and carbon monoxide leaks. Most inspectors don’t spend the extra money for the equipment to do those. It is part of my standard home inspection.

I have a masters degree in electrical engineering and I have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I am a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I have completed 184 continuing education hours this year.
