History

Established in 1995.

Elephant Errands LLC is family owned business between two brothers and a sister.

The company originally started as a personal errand service by my youngest brother back in 1995. As his business grew, he found out that many of his customers needed some really big jobs done, such as moving pieces of furniture up and down stairs or into another room of their home.

This is how the company came up with the slogan, «Taking A Load Off Your Back For Peanuts».

From this concept the company grew it’s reputation of moving one or just a couple of pieces of furniture. As the need grew, so did my brother’s experience in moving the larger pieces of furniture safely.

We know how a move can affect families and that moving can be very stressful; our family had moved every two to four years all the way through high school throughout the midwest and eastcoast.

My brothers and myself all joined forces over the last five years and have continued to grow the business.

Meet the Manager

Kelly C.

Manager

Graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS degree in Marketing in 1985. Most of business career has been working with a major insurance company in US. Career started as claim adjuster to learn the product and then into sales in 1988. In 1993 the company split from it’s parent company and stock was sold as IPO. Two years later, sales agents were no longer employees and became independent contractors/​franchise owners for the company.

Owned and operated a successful insurance agency for 18 years. Sold my customer base and joined my two brothers in the business.
