If you are looking for a clean place to eat while being served industrialized, overpriced and below average food by smiling faces this place is for you! This breakfast sandwich is similar to something I would pull out of my freezer, take out of the plastic and toss in the microwave.

I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels on my way home from work on Friday(it was 4PM by the time I arrived). I have been to several locations, but never Canton. The outside of the store is very clean, as was the inside, and the place looked nice. However, I the customer service and the bagel selection was majorly lacking! I was not greeted upon entry, I was just stared at as I viewed what was left of the bagels. I came in looking for ½ dozen and there were barely any left. After looking for a couple minutes, I kindly asked if these were all the bagels available, or if there were more being made or in the back or something. She responded«Yeah. That’s it.» Nothing more. I said okay, then told her I was going to do 6 bagels. She stood there and stared at me for a moment so I started with my order, but was immediately interrupted – totally cut off mid-sentence by this employee, I couldn’t believe the rudeness. She interrupted me with«Hold up» so she could grab a bag. I had given her a moment to get a bag after I made it clear I was getting 6 bagels but she just stared at me so I figured I could begin my order, but apparently not. So, I waited. I ordered 2 chocolate chip, 2 blueberry, &2 Asiago bagels, as that was basically all that was left. Not sure why they don’t restock through the day… I think that’s odd. Anyway, I ordered my 6 bagels & my cream cheese spread and paid. I had a coupon, which confused the employee and made the checkout process a good 10 minutes. The bagels were great, but the selection was a joke and so was the customer service! I think I’ll stick to the Einstein Bros in Farmington Hills from here on out!

I stop at this Einstein Bro. Bagels in Canton a few times per week(including one day on the weekend) and I find it to be one of the best Einstein Stores I have visited(And I stop at a lot of them). The building is clean, wonderfully decorated and very organized. The Bagel selection is great/fresh, and I found their specialty bagels such as 6-cheese to always be in stock and quite good, whereas at other locations they are usually out. I HAVENEVER had to wait on them to re-fill their coffee urns(something that I have experienced quite often at other locations) and the beverages served are always hot and fresh. Same with their iced tea containers. I have never had to ask them to re-fill them so that I could get my beverage purchase filled. love this Einstein. Their current AM manager Rachael is outstanding and always attentive to whatever I need to make my morning excursion into this establishment to be an outstanding one. THISEINSTEINISQUITEGOOD, and I highly recommend them!!!

I love Einstein bagels but this location has the worst customer service and check your order before you leave as it is likely wrong. I agree with others that they need to retrain employees or find new ones…

Horrible! Take their franchise away! Kids who don’t care, 5 of them just talking and laughing while people are in line waiting, ¾ no bagels, nothing in the oven… I’m sorry I sound like an a$$ but I drove to Plymouth and received some good service. Don’t stop here! Keep driving! One star because the door was open

I love Einsteins, but this place is terrible! They always seem to be out of certain bagels. My bagel sandwich was made wrong, the tables are ALWAYS dirty, caramel mocha latte didn’t have any Carmel in it, to go orders missing bagels.) I really need to just drive to the one in Plymouth.

Worst customer service. The employees don’t know what they’re doing and evidently they think the employees can interrupt the customers and it’s acceptable. They all need to be retrained and learn how to treat customers.

Stopped in for some breakfast on a Sunday morning and was disappointed. What I found strange was you order in one spot and pay at another, especially because the same girl who took my order directed me 5 feet down to the next register just to pay with her. While the space is nicely decorated and clean, I was not a fan of the food. I ordered the French Toast breakfast sandwich and it sounded promising; french toast bagel filled with egg, bacon, cheese and a maple cream cheese shmear. I would have been happier with a breakfast sandwich at McDonald’s if I’m honest. The egg had no flavor with a very artificial sponge-y texture, cheese was only partially melted and the maple shmear just melted out of the sandwich. The bagel wasn’t even that good, as the only french toast taste came from the shmear. My boyfriend had the asiago bagel with the jalapeño salsa shmear and I actually fairly enjoyed that. Tad spicy, but good! If I come back I’ll stick with just a bagel and cream cheese.

This place is very nice and inviting as other Einstein locations. Recently opened, this location has a serious customer service problem that has kept me from returning. Rude personnel, not cordial at all, and a complete lack of courtesy. Even the manager doesn’t know how to treat customers right. You know the place is mismanaged when on three Mondays in a row, they are out of five or more varieties at 10am. Add insult to injury, they try to tell you the Monday special requires you to limit how many of each variety you can choose. Huh? You don’t have five selections I asked for and want me to limit my «plain» quantity? The last straw was when I got home and my bagels were not sliced as requested(mentioned it at least twice) and when I counted how many were in the box, I only had 12. I called to complain about them not slicing my bagels, and casually mentioned that they also shorted me one. The girl with a foreign accent all but called me a liar. I hung up on her and sent a message to corporate. I got a call from the manager a few days later but never called her back and haven’t been there back since. For someone who couldn’t wait for an Einstein’s to open nearby, this place all but soured me on the chain. Never again.

So ticked off, I just call their corporate office as soon as I left. Surprised they were open on a weekend. The woman on the phone was extremely nice.

While the inside is nicely decorated, inviting, relaxing and clean, the lack of customer service is troublesome. I was excited to learn of this einsteins being opened close to home as driving to the one on Canton Center was inconvenient. However, I have been in several times and each visit there were multiple employees behind the counter confused about their job and by paying attention to the customer ready to place an order. When they do take your order, they are unfriendly, have difficulty using the cash register and act confused when I ask for a cup for water. Yes, not everyone drinks coffee. I would recommend better employee training on customer service.

Pretty good bagels, but they are alway out of the customers favorite. Asiago and everything bagel are always gone. I just think that if you know what customers buy you would keep up with demand. I wish their salmon was wild caught and non of that farm raised crap. Customers order on the right and then move over to the left to pay and pick up the order. You can choose fruit as a side to your sandwich for $ 1 extra. As for beverages, they have various coffee drinks, smoothies and juice. Currently a bagel sandwich will run you $ 7.
