i have never been so mad at a oil change place. My appointment was at 3pm they didn’t take my car back till 330. I didn’t end up leaving till almost 5pm. For something that they told me should take 30min-​45min, I should not have been there that long. Horrible customer service. All they did was tell me they were behind

First they tried to charge me with a tire rotation when it was supposed to be free. Then they charged me for shop and supply fees for an oil change and a new battery. I liked this location because it was convenient and the first time I went I thought they treated me fair I’ve never been charged shop supply fees before by Goodyear or Mr. tire. I will go back to this location again

I think I have found a new page for tires. Conrad’s recently moved into our area. It looks like they have normal tire, oil and battery service and other services.
I have an old golf cart that had deflated tires that would not hold air because the tire would not seal against the rim. I called and they said they could help even though they don’t work on golf carts. I brought in the tires. They took them right in and filled them with air. I was only there 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me. They even replaced one of the stems for free too.
I helped myself to free popcorn that they offer in their waiting room. They also offer cans of soda. Overall a very service oriented business!
