Update: I sat at the bar today again for dinner. It was not crowded but it took several minutes longer than it should have for the bartender to knowledge me and ask what I wanted. When I ordered the lasagna, it took longer than expected to come out. The bartender said that most of the people there had worked doubles shifts but that is still not an excuse for poor service. In addition my stomach almost immediately started feeling cramped and not comfortable after eating the meal. I would think twice about coming here again.

Above average takeout pizza and decent dine in menu. Absolutely awful dine in and takeout service. Just another bunch of uncaring kids running the asylum, delivering a poor and painfully slow customer experience which is consistent with each instance we’ve experienced. From now on just a tier 2 takeout place based on need and convenience.

Wonderful Bertucci’s location. Has outdoor seating, friendly staff, and always great food.(Plus the amazing bread they have at all Bertucci’s locations). Visited the Canton location today for lunch. My server, Daniella was pretty good. She was very friendly and made the entire visit flow smoothly. Was not so happy that she didn’t walk by the table, especially when I needed a drink refill, etc. Recently, visiting the Holliston Bertucci’s, the server there visited our table more often. Anyway, the food here(I ordered the same thing), was just the same as at the Holliston Bertucci’s, amazing! I ordered the chicken parma, since it’s my favorite meal at Bertucci’s(besides pizza), and it was incredible. Huge and super delicious… and enough for two meals. They also have those amazing rolls, all Bertucci’s restaurants have, that are just great. Plus, this location even has outdoor seating! Overall 4 stars, but since they have outdoor seating, 5 stars for the Canton Bertucci’s. Located in the Village Shoppes in Canton, on Washington Street(at the Junction of Sharon & Stoughton town lines, and Route 27). One of the best full service restaurant options in the Village Shoppes complex, here in Canton(only other full service restaurant is Halfway Café, which I can’t say anything about since I haven’t ever been there)

The new menu items never disappoint. I had the hot delicato panini today and it was perfectly crafted and delicious. My other new favorites include the Tuscan veggie wrap, the barbecue salad with chicken, and the spinach/strawberry/blackberry/goat cheese salad(I like it with chicken) and it’s prosecco-champagne vinaigrette dressing Your favorite Bertucci’s just got even better !

We prefer bertucci in Norwood. In Norwood the pizza consistantly good. We have given cobbs corner 4 tries in last 2 years(each time assured the pizza is the same through out chain). PIzza rates 0 out of 10. Dough not cooked, sauce soggy and cheese not cooked. Even sent it back to cook longer & still terrible. We have never written a bad review, spoke to manager, he clearly didn’t care, staff has same attitude. Last time take out pizza went into the trash!

Im not sure if it’s the Canton location specifically or just the Bertucci’s chain in general, but it’s apparent that they are definitely cutting back and it shows in the food preparation. The Large pizza is now smaller and the rolls are definitely tiny now. Bertuccis is known for their delicious rolls which were not so great. It was hard, dry and tiny. I got take out and both pizza’s lacked sauce and was mostly dough. For a $ 19 pizza I expected it well made or at least had sufficient sauce. They also forgot the basil on the Margherrita pizza. Both pizzas were dry to say the least. Very disappointed on how they chose to cut back.

Good food, pretty consistent. A caveat about Bertucci’s in general is that their sauces are pre-made and contain cheese — even the one they use for Chicken Piccata, which should have only lemon. It’s really frustrating. This particular location has been redesigned with a huge bar with TV in front, which makes it feel much less like a family place. On Wednesdays, they now have a music bingo thing with a VERY amplified DJ. It is not what we expect from this chain. We ate quickly and left.

Well, not much to rate or say when we were never actually served. Came in here for a birthday dinner with my wife this past Monday night. We were seated quickly, but then waited 10 – 15 minutes for a server that never came. No drinks, acknowledgement, nothing. Mentioned it briefly to the manager, then continued to walk over to the Hibachi place a couple of doors down, where we had a lovely dinner(HIGHLY recommended, by the way). Complained on the website that night, but obviously our issue was put on such a pedestal that it took nearly 3 days for the«manager» to even respond. Yeah, no thanks. Complete embarrassment to decent food service. Remember, it’s your customer base that ultimately pays your salaries, silly management. We’ll stick to Halfway Café or Gourmet Garden on future visits to Cobb’s Corner. Shameful.

Fettuccini Alfredo was so hard and tastes like flour. Sent it back only to get it slightly softer. Manager tried to tell me that is how it is suppose to be… hmmm. I guess my Italian mom cooked it wrong all these years. Thankfully the bread was good. Server was very nice but very slow when we did see her.

I’ve had take out from this location on numerous occasions(never ate inside). Always ready on time, tasty food, courteous service at pick up.

We’ve been here numerous times. Service varies depending on how attentive our waiter/waitress is. Food is OK to good depending on what you order. Really like their pizzas, other dishes vary. Just had Chicken Marsala and it was very good. Decent food for a fair price.

I would like to start by saying that We really LOVE Bertucci’s, but this place is awful, the food is awful, I feel bad for the servers, I’m sure because of the way this place is run, they are working for little tips. We sent back a salad 3 times, we asked for no bacon and dressing on the side, it arrived with bacon and the dressing on the side, sent it back and reminded the server we would like no bacon and no dressing(we already had the dressing) came back no bacon and swimming in salad dressing. sent it back, it arrive correct the third time, the manager came over and said she was sorry for the mix up? the other pasta dishes were OK, not much flavor and the sauce was nothing more than chicken stock heated up. AWFUL! I believe that if Joey Crugnale still owned this chain, instead of the faceless folks who own it now, that this would be a better place. Do yourself a favor and DON’T EATHERE!

My family and friends used to love to eat at Bertucci’s in Canton. We used to all meet there after our kids’ ball games, swim meets etc… It had a good family vibe. The servers were happy & friendly. The food was always delicious and the service was good. Something happened at this Bertucci’s last year(2013) and we have not been able to feel good about eating here since. The servers don’t seem happy working there so they don’t seem to care about their customers or their jobs. We have tried eating there a few more times to give this Bertucci’s a chance to get our business back. Afterall, it’s in a convenient location(Village Shopps) and we really want to feel that it’s back to the way it used to be. But it continues to go downhill in service. During one recent visit there, we had to asked another server about our food because our server wasn’t anywhere to be found. Finally, our server came with half of our order. My dish had burnt string beans. I showed the server the string beans and she looked at me with a blank face. She didn’t even offer to replace the string beans … I had to ask for fresh string beans. My son’s food didn’t arrive until I was almost all done with my food. His food finally arrived with my string beans. We had to ask for water refills. At the end, we received no apologies… just the check(and we had to ask for it). This was an awful experience! Too bad! I’ve been coming here for years, but just can’t justify spending my time and money here anymore. You just can’t count on this Bertucci’s to deliver a good meal and decent service. Every once in a while we’ll call in for take out and so far that’s been okay. The people who answer the phone to take the order are usually very friendly. Haven’t had an issues with the take out department. If this place ever decides to do a comeback, it should post a banner stating, «under new management» and I bet all the old timers(like my circle of friends & family) will return & so will new patrons!

I have to concur with the folks who have gave a thumbs down to this Bertucci’s in Canton. I waited 10 minutes for somebody to notice me and I was getting take out ? There were only three patrons in the entire restaurant when I arrived. The staff was unengaged and a comment made about the wait to the person who finally noticed me was not taken well by her. I shared how long I waited –and her response –made me so uneasy –to the point –where I no longer wanted to buy pizza at their establishment. Long story short went to Papa Gino’s around the corner and got stellar service.

Definitely not the best Chicken picatta that I have had a Bertuccis. The service was fine, but the food was meh.

We arrived at the Canton location and stood waiting at a vacant front desk for at least 15 minutes. I finally asked a server if we could get a table. There were about 12 people waiting for tables already so we decided to leave. This location appeared drastically under-staffed. We had observed this during 3 other occassions over the past two months. I have written to the head office before about this location and the lack of service. The situation improved enough in the past to return to this location but it appears that service is once again heading down-hill — and fast. We ended up going to the Norwood location, even though it is further away as we have always received very good service there. We have decided that we will go to Norwood and never dine at the Canton location again. Enough is enough.

Ok, so Bertucci’s is a chain and you get what you expect there. Enough said. Except: We waited a while, no longer than they told us we would. But there were two person booths open the whole time we waited, at least 6 of them. We we did get seated, they put us at a table for 4! Strange given that there was a party of 4 that came in after us. Food’s decent, place is clean, staff is friendly. What more do you want for a Friday night in Canton?

I am a fan of Bertucci’s overall(like 4 stars), but this location stinks! It is so inconsistent that you know it’s bad when the only time you know you’re pizza is going to come out right is when you have to ask for the Manager as you order it. My pizza is not hard to make, it’s just the fact that the staff doesn’t care. The rolls can be cold and like rocks. If you like bad service and inconsistent food then enjoy. I wish I could go to this place more often, but it just makes me think what else can I get tonight. Sorry Canton and local people — just find another location near you because this one is bad.

Every time we’ve tried to eat here has been more disappointing than the previous time. This last time was the last time. Period. The pizza is WAY over priced, and I saw way more naked pizza crust than ingredients on the one we ordered! Service isn’t all that great, either. Really, they need to learn how to make a proper pizza. I mean, why do you have photos in the menu if your over-priced pizza doesn’t even come CLOSE to looking like the photo??? Pass on this one if you’re looking for good pizza!
