Brian has been cleaning our carpets for years. He is always there when he says he will be, goes out of his way to fit us in his schedule if we have an issue (like marks from a muddy dog), and does a thorough and professional job. He is careful with the materials he uses around our pets and children, and takes obvious pride in leaving our house looking great. Moreover, Brian always arrives at our home with a smile and a «what else can I do for you» attitude that is rare is so many service providers today. Athena’s prices are very reasonable for the outstanding, pleasant service they provide.

When I bought my first home 14 years ago, I called the cleanest, most OCD people I knew and asked them who they use to clean their carpet. They recommended Athena Carpet, and told me to ask for Brian. It was great advice! Brian is extremely pleasant and down to earth, yet very respectful towards the homeowner. Simply put — he knows what he’s doing with carpet cleaning. There’s never excessive moisture or cleaner residue left behind. My carpets are cleaned thoroughly and evenly every time he comes. We use him once a year for maintenance, and have used him in emergencies as well. One of our children had acid reflux as a baby and threw up all the time — it was a nightmare. He’d always find the time to come over, and he saved us from having to buy new carpet many times over. We must have used him at least 25 times over the years, and the prices have always been fair and reasonable. I can’t recommend Athena and Brian enough!

Athena Carpet has been cleaning my families’ carpets for the past eight years. We have been extremely happy with the work. The carpets are well cleaned. Price quotes are accurate. Brian, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He is very thorough and always on time. He will come to spot clean, if we have a «rug emergency» whether be an accidental spill or other problem. He advises us on how to handle stains, depending on the type of carpet. Brian is a great guy. He is very flexible, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his company and services.

The first time Athena came to clean my carpets they did an OUTSTANDING job. I figured, who better to come clean my carpets again. The owner Brian came to clean my carpets and straight away I could tell this guy had an attitude problem. He told me that the price I got last time was a mistake and that it would be more. Ok, fine i’ll pay some money for quality. He agreed to move the couches and clean under everything. I came home and it was as if nothing had been done. He didn’t clean the under the couches and he didn’t clean under anything at all and he adhered to no part of our agreement. He came in, put fourth a minimal amount of effort, and left. When I called to ask him to come back and complete the job he promised he started up with that big attitude of his and told me that I didn’t pay enough money initially to have that kind of job done (even though we had an agreement). I would never recommend these people to anyone ever and that business owner has some real issues.
