Established in 1997.

ACR Heating & Air was established to bring personal service, honesty and craftsmanship back to the heating & air industry. Our company is based on the high morals and ethics of our Founder /​President John Elder. Following his personal belief; our mission is to «Serve». By following this one word ACR Heating & Air has grown each year allowing us to continually increase services & solutions offered. In 2001 we became a full service HVAC & Home Performance company with the ability to meet or exceed Atlanta’s top ranked companies but use a smaller business model to maintain personal relationships. We found personal service and client education so key that we maintain 80% of our annual revenue through personal referral. Hopefully we’ll be able to serve you and your home’s needs in the future.

John E.

Business Owner

John has been in the HVAC industry for over 17 years, obtaining his formal HVAC and Mechanical Engineering education through Southern Polytechnic University and Chattahoochee Technical College both in Marietta, GA. John volunteered as a firefighter sparking his decision to dedicate 15 years as a full time firefighter /​paramedic while operating ACR Heating & Air. Serving his community and neighbors in a time of need was a lifelong passion. This same desire to serve was the driving force for John to open ACR Heating & Air. Once married and having a family John felt led to leave the fire service and concentrate on family life and ACR Heating & Air. John still works in the field as much as possible with his team to maintain not only personal relationships with his clients but his team as well.
