Abrakadoodle provides the highest quality, educationally rich, imaginative art education programs for children ages 2 to 14 years old. Classes are provided at our Art Studio in Canton. We also provide programs at host educational sites such as schools (private and public), preschools, and other locations as well as hosting birthday parties. Our innovative art curriculum include lessons about everything from 3-​D art to food design. Our lessons introduce techniques, ignite the imagination and provide opportunities for exploration of a variety of media and materials. Abrakadoodle has partnered with Crayola to jointly bring creative learning to children everywhere!

The Abrakadoodle philosophy centers on the theories of Jean Piaget and active learning.

Meet the Manager

Kristen G.

Manager

I am the Art Studio Manager at the Abrakadoodle Studio for Kids in Canton! I’ve been with Abrakadoodle for 5 years now and love every minute of it! Prior to the opening of the Abrakadoodle Art Studio, I taught Abrakadoodle afterschool programs in Plymouth Canton Community Schools. I’ve also taught many preschool classes, birthday parties, and private lessons for many age groups. I graduated with a Fine Art Degree from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit with a major in Illustration. I’ve also attended Michigan State and the University of Michigan. I’ve also created art for a wide range of clients from family and friends to companies around the metro area including the Michigan Children’s Hospital in Detroit. The hospital published a cartoon coloring book that I created that was used at the Dog Show at Cobo Hall to push dog safety awareness to children. I also have a mural that I painted for a Bond company downtown.
