Came in, made an appointment for the week after.
Very friendly owners/​workers (seeing as this is hard to come by). Pricing is fair.
Took about 3 hours to get my windows tinted but I won’t complain about the time as seeing it was an obvious care for quality.

This place is amazing. Great work and incredible service. They totally took care of me. They made great recommendations and my car came out beautiful.

I called last Saturday about getting my car windows tinted. After a few questions, i was quoted a price with a discount and scheduled for today.
Service: Upon walking in, i was asked if i had an appointment or was inquiring about pricing. After confirming my appointment, i filled out some quick paperwork and was asked if I had someone picking me up or if I wanted to be dropped off somewhere. I was very surprised at the offer to drop me off at the mall or somewhere close. I opted to stay in the customer area they have with seating and a tv. After opting to stay, i was offered water and the wifi password. Matt then took my key and started. One thing i really liked was that my car was inspected BEFOREHAND to make sure any damage i may find later was not their fault. He showed me the little dings I had (and knew about) and got to work.
Actual work: i originally wanted 5% (limo tint) all the way around, but didn’t want to risk tickets and was advised at what would be best suitable. I went with 35% and 5% on the back windows… i was determined to get 5% somewhere lol. It took about 2 hours for everything to be completed and I’ll definitely refer others here. The service is great and the tint is exactly what I wanted.

I’ve gotten my car tinted at their business establishment years ago. No problems back then. I called them up a few days ago and the owner says he’s very busy. I tried to explain to him what type of work was needed so I suggested I send some pictures via email. I’ve been waiting 4 days and still no response. I told him I live in Hollywood and he thinks I should take my business elsewhere. I guess he has too many customers to deal with now? Service went down significantly.

Just got my windows tinted here and I’m very happy with the results. The price was really good and my truck was finished in about 1 – 2 hours. If you need your Windows tinted I recommend this shop and ask for Matt, he will take care of you.

I called to set up an appointment and they had me in that day! And even called me for an earlier appointment because of a cancellation! When I arrived, they asked what I wanted and immediately took my car around to start working on it! The waiting area is nice, and there’s a TV and water. It only took maybe 45 – 1 hour to finish the project! And I am more than pleased with how it turned out!

I got quotes from many shops, but Tint Master City had the best deal along with the best reviews. So happy I went with them!
Great customer service. Great work. It did take three hours to tint the windows on my car, but they have a chill waiting room with a TV so I was occupied.

I took my 2016 Mercedes to Tint Masters and the owner was so nice and accommodating. I felt so comfortable. He showed me all of the different kinds of window tints and no pressure to pay more at all but he gave me a lot of options. I was happy with what I chose and my car looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Tint Masters to all my friends.

I just bought my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X and tinting the windows was a must for me. I read nothing but 5 star reviews about Tint Master City on Unilocal and decided to give them a call for a quote. Matt assisted me throughout the whole process and was able to schedule me to have my windows done the next morning. He even applied the Unilocal discount immediately after requesting for a quote. Matt took the time to show me the various tint films available and explaining their purpose and quality of each one. I went with the 3M Scotchtint FX. He made sure I got what I wanted, and would be satisfied with the end result. They pull the car around and behold, the quality of work is amazing. I waited about 2 hours, which I was quoted over the phone, so their estimated time of completion was accurate. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, we were able to wait in the large waiting room with a large couch and television while they performed their work. For the price, the quality of work and customer service is top notch and I highly recommend Tint Master City. Most importantly, Matt did not try to upsell and pressure me into buying the most expensive tint films like other places do. I came in with a budget and stayed within that budget. Extremly professional, timely and satisfactory. They have tinted over 5 cars for our family and I have to say I have received nothing but compliments about their great work. Never had an issue or problem with their work. Highly recommended.

Spectacular customer service! They did a great job on my Toyota Corolla for a great price. They were very welcoming and attentive. If you want good quality tints and no regrets definitely go to them!

Wow. The reviews were not wrong. These guys are the best. Matt & Robert are amazing. Very friendly and do a great job of explaining the various types of tints they offer and the different levels with a heating test. Quality of work is spot on and it only took about 2 hours. Pricing is also affordable compared to the competition. Waiting room is very nice. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be bringing all of my cars here and recommending them to all of my friends and family. Great job guys!!!

Came across this place while searching on Unilocal and boy am I glad I did. Robert was very professional from the time he answered the phone till the time I paid the bill. He answered all my questions and gave advice on the tint choices but I never felt pressured. They did an amazing job and I definitely recommend this place. $ 180 for a 4 door Honda can’t go wrong!

One day, soon after I got my new Prius, I couldn’t put my baby in her car seat beause it was just too darn hot. I knew it was time to get my windows tinted.
But the guy whom my mechanic referred me to was too expensive. It’s a leased car, and I didn’t want to make an investment in it if I was just going to turn it in in 3 years.
I decided to give Tint Master City of shot since it had such good reviews on Unilocal.I was not disappointed. They were very pleasant, and got me in the very next day. Their rates were almost half of what the other guy’s was.
The Result: My Prius is gorgeous, and the interior is so much cooler than it was before.

These guys are awesome!!! All of the reviews are true. They do a quality job and have great customer service. Their prices are super reasonable and they are very honest. I called and spoke with Matt (one of the owners) at 9:45 on a Saturday morning. I asked him when he was available to do the front windows on my Subaru Outback. He said he could squeeze me in that day and to pop in at 10am. I showed up at 10 and after a few minutes of demonstrating some of the tings, i chose the Wincos, which cuts out a lot of heat. I was in and out in an hour and the total price was $ 80, which i feel is a great price. FYI, the basic tint would have cost $ 50 for just the front windows. As I was waiting I saw car after car show up and a lot of these people did not have appointments. Although overwhelming, I watched Robert (the other owner) politely tell them that he would do his best to work everything out and that he personally stays until 7 each nite to make sure everything is done.
Side note: I was in the waiting room with a young guy who had a bad experience at a shop in Thousand Oaks who he chose out of convenience since he works there. He came to Tint Master City after knowing he had a good experience. He lives in West LA and came all the way to Canoga Park on the weekend just to make sure his tint was done right the next time around.
Bottom line, if you are in the market for tint on your car, definitely choose these guys, you won’t go wrong.

I too checked the reviews on Unilocal before deciding on this place as where I was going to go to get my car windows tinted. But I did one thing first… I went to another window tinter just to see what they would charge and do a little first hand research. That will also help you know if you’re getting a good deal here. And I didn’t get a good deal here… I got a GREAT deal here!
I dropped by a couple of weeks ago so that I could get an estimate right around closing and Robert and Matt could not of been nicer when taking a look at my car. Robert offered me a very competitive price on the tint I was looking for which was the high quality ceramic tint and so right then I knew I was at a good quality and legit spot.
I made an early Saturday morning appointment and dropped my car off there although they do have a nice spacious showroom if you’d like to wait a few hours until the job is done. I’d recommend the latter… they get your number and call you when it’s ready for pickup which sometimes is more convenient.
The tint job looked amazing with no cracks, bubbles, or jagged edges that I’ve been able find some 36hrs later. Paying a little more for the ceramic tint is worth it as not only does it look nice but will help to keep your car so much cooler during those hot summer days. 5 stars all day long for Robert and his Tint Master crew!
