The Jump Around

Met my expectations for privacy, safety, and cleanness. They were very helpful getting everything set up and packed up. Its the better option for jumper birthdays. It would have been a perfect 5 but the helpers disappeared when someone else walked in to view the place. They didn’t follow through with a special request that I communicated to both helpers. Sad but because everything was going really over the top great. Cake place that they use was fantastic.

Great and safe place to have the kids play and not worry about what they are doing. Great and comforting environment. Love this place and so do my kids which is whats most important!

Such a beautiful and wonderful indoor playground this place is awesome for the my kids they Brain through their energy have a blast and we spent an amazing time together I would highly recommend taking your kids and seeing them enjoy there childhood…

I had my daughters birthday here 4 years ago and my sons birthday today and I have to say the service and staff are just Amazing! I never write reviews, but I just had to because we had so much fun and we were so well taken care of! All my guests loved it here!!!

My wife and I had our daughter her 5^th birthday party here and let me tell you every dollar was well worth it Aaron was an amazing host and if it wasn’t for Jojo and Kayla I don’t know what we would have done they help to set up everything. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and to anyone who is looking to have a blast with their kids thanks again Jojo and Kayla for helping us with everything you guys are awesome!

This place is so awesome it’s really the full package the staff is so amazing Aaron the manager is a sweetheart and a character himself that hosted and helped me so much the environment is very clean and nice perfect for my big family… My whole family had a great time from the music to the kids smiles on there faces my daughter says it was her best birthday ever…

My husband found out about the Jump Around and after researching a few places for my son’s birthday, we chose it to host his party. I am an event planner and frankly wanted to do as little planning around his party as possible — we wanted to have fun! I still thought I had to set up certain things and load the car, etc. — but the staff were right on it with all setup and breakdown, and even had to shoo me away! That way I could relax and catch up with guests and really enjoy my son’s big day. it was great to feel like I didn’t have to work at my own family party. Aaron, Alejandra, and Jojo were easy to work with, incredibly attentive, and they work FAST — super efficient and helpful. We had a great time as did our guests. Highly recommended!

I went here with my three kids 2,6 and 10. They just love it. They have free games. They have four jumpers. Adults are aloud to join in the fun to. This place is really nice. Only 7 dollars per child. Socks are required. You can bring snacks.

We had my daughter’s 5^th birthday party here on Sunday and it was Outstanding. I really have to say how amazing it was! The staff, in particular Aaron, Alexandra and Edith were exceptional.
The staff handled everything! They set everything up in the party room, they took pictures, cut the cake… they did everything.
The party could not have gone better and we were thoroughly pleased with everything at The Jump Around. All the kids and adults had a blast!

Thank you to the Jump Around! We booked a last minute, immediate family only party for our 3year old twins– we had an amazing time, I brought cupcakes and goodie bags, we had subway delivered and the venue had pizza delivered. We asked for an extra 30mim and the owner obliged, the staff was extremely helpful they did it all I was nervous about the 10 min before your party rule — how was I gonna set up my food, table cloths balloons Goddie bags etc in 10 min? Well the second we pulled up the staff was outside unloading from our truck getting things done! The staff through out the party kept asking if we were okay if everything was fine Emma loved the toddler room, Matthew loved the air hockey and Yasmine loved the castle room. The adults enjoyed the rope challenge and the arcade games. There was A restroom in the party room as well as the arcade room, the entrance was great for keeping little kids away from the front door and made us feel safe! Over all five stars!

This is a great little place for kids to get out some energy after school and on breaks. They often have groupons available, and I recommend getting the larger one if you have a little one or a young child and need a safe place to play. You may be able to get some work or online browsing done because they have free WiFi too! Weekdays are usually best because of parties on the weekend. Still call just in case.

This is our 2^nd time having our son’s birthday party at this venue and the service was the same as the first time (last year)…EXCELLENT!
Our son had such a good time at his 3^rd birthday party (at the jump around) last year, that when we asked him this year where he wanted to have his 4^th birthday this year he said the jump around again.
We love having parties here solely because of the staff! the staff here is excellent with us. They are super helpful and very attentive. this year we arrived at the venue on dot (when the party was supposed to start), and just like last year they unloaded all the food & supplies and had everything up in like less than 10 minutes and our party started on the money. at the end of the party they load everything up (left over food, presents, etc.) in the car and that’s it. they make having parties soooo easy and convenient.
prior to having parties here we usually had our parties at the park and boy it’s sooooo much work. for the price and convenience, you can’t go wrong with the jump around. this place is the most reasonable venue for a party. fuck scooters jungle!!! they are over rated and over priced.

The staff was awesome, helpful, and friendly. The venue was clean and neat, Entertaining for all ages, from infants to adults.
It was a little expensive for a 2 hour private party. But worth it for the «not having clean up after» factor. Thanks to the staff for making the party flow, and glow!

We had our sons 3^rd birthday party here and it was great. We usually do it al chucky cheese but not this year. It’s nice because you get the whole place to yourself.
There’s only 2 things they need to change.
1) allow 3 hours instead of 2
2) beer and wine

I’m a picky mom, and prior to deciding to hold my 5yr old’s birthday party, I’d only been here once years ago with my oldest to play.
Expectations. At the end of the day, this is a small indoor playground in an industrial part of Canoga Park, so I was expecting it to be clean, fun, and functional. This was so much more, and the staff were WONDERFUL.
They helped us load our stuff in and set up, they kept things moving along without being pushy or intrusive. The bouncers themselves were great, and all the kids had an absolute blast. It was hot outside, and the air conditioning was wonderful! The staff asked many times if everything was okay, if we needed anything, if the music was okay, etc. They even turned on the cosmic lights since we were the last party of the day, and the kids loved it. On the whole, this was a great experience.
The only thing that did make me raise an eyebrow was the way the suggested tip was added to the bill and you got to choose between 10 and 15%. I’ve never had that with a kids party before, but maybe they had a lot of people not tipping the staff?
If you want an indoor party in a clean, fun, supervised setting, I’d say go for it. If you’re just looking for a place where your kids can make a mess and do whatever they want regardless of safety or supervision, go elsewhere.

Went to a birthday party here and it was amazing! I wish I would have had my 2 year old’s birthday party here. It was so much fun. The kids loved it and so did the adults, including myself. I was a kid again. :) there’s lots to do to keep the kiddies occupied. So absolutely convenient. No mess to clean up, they cut and serve the cake. All you worry about is having fun. I know where I’m having his 3^rd birthday. ;)
Oh one tip, they turned off the lights and had the black lights on. I didn’t know this was going to happen so nothing was glowing on my baby and it was hard to see him.

I always wanted to check it out, but had read all the bad posts. But when i received a Groupon special, i said. Why not.
I took my 3 year old yesterday for the first time. it was a very small place. I was lucky that we were the only ones in there, i could not imagine more kids, it would be too much, since its too small.
Yes, everything is run down. I was told not to go into the large bouncer on the right, since there was a rip/​hole in it.
There was a total of 4 bouncers in the room. Thats it. The large one in the very back, was very hard to get on. It had stairs coming up. Adults couldn’t even go on it. Not sure how kids were suppose to get on. There was no normal bouncer that kids could just jump in. The was one that looked lke a normal bouncer, but it had boxing gloves to play with. but when you tried to jump, it was hard. not good for bouncing. The only one my son was able to go in was the one with the slide. It was also run down. It seemed that alot of them had tape work on it. Was dirty. The place seem liked a cave. Dark and gloomy.
It does not look like what they have on the pics on their website. its definitely changed and only 4 bouncers. I would suggest to go there first and check it out before you buy any groupon tickets or plan a party. Its sad, but i will not be using the rest of my tickets. I dont care to take my son there anymore. I think he would have a better time at the park or skyzone.

Great place in the Valley to host a children’s party.
Staff — The staff is very helpful and contribute to a fun experience for all of your guests. They are motivated and driven to make your party a success.
Decorations — You’re given 10 minutes to set up before your scheduled party. They are very helpful in setting up to meet your start time. You are allowed to bring your decorations the day of, so take advantage of that and have a plan as to how you want it. Take advantage of the sound system and TV/​DVD to add to supplement the theme of your party.
Catering — You can either order pizza or bring your own food. You’re allowed 3 food trays — fruit and vegetable platter does not count against you. I opted for the pizza they have partnered with a local pizzeria. A little pricy, but convenient.
Attractions — Kids and adults can both enjoy the bouncy castles, obstacle courses, and video games. It can get hot, but they do have the fans running to keep it cool.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a venue to host a party under 100 people. I had 70 and it got a little crowded.
Shoes have to be off. Bring socks for your guests in case they forget. Better yet, disposable booties. My guests were thankful I had new socks at hand for my kid’s birthday.

Ahhhhhh what a FUN place. Thanks to handy dandy Unilocal we found this fun place. I took my son here on a weekday it was $ 5.00 for 2 hours, we stayed for a good 1 ½ there was one other child there that seriously literallly attacked my kid he jumped on him I was like ummm hellooo, the other parent though was nice and apologized.
Don’t expect any supervision at this place, you need to supervise your own kids and play on your own. They have a variety of jumpers, arcade games and a toddler room. The toddler room was nice but they need to add a few chairs in there, it was uncomfortable sitting on the floor. The toddler room was fun, my son really enjoyed hanging out in there. He also had a great time jumping on the jumpers as so did I. Jumping on the jumpers is a good workout I tell you.
I really loved the fact that I could jump with my child and do the obstacle courses in the jumpers with him, it’s a really hands on experience with your child if you want it to be especially when my child didn’t want to go down the slide without me.
I definitely will be back, the girl at the front was very nice and overall this place is fun, as far as cleanliness the place is clean but who knows how often they clean the jumpers so make sure you wash your childs hands before and after.
Thumbs up in my book, we definitely will be back!!! FUN FUN FUN!
