The Auto Gallery Maserati service team is well known in the Italian community as the best place to service a Maserati or a Ferrari in Los Angeles. The team of factory certified technicians can handle any work on your Maserati, or any italian vintage car. Our mechanics are now also certified to service McLaren vehicles. From an oil change to a more specific repair, there is nothing our team can’t handle.

In addition to their unmatched expertise and professionalism, our Service Advisors are friendly and will explain all service and diagnostic procedures to customers so that they are more knowledgeable of the vehicle’s specificities and service needs. Eric Sanders, Master Ferrari Technician is one of the most recognized Ferrari specialist in the country. Eric is able to tune vintage cars to perfection, reaching unsurpassed performances — especially when it comes to distributors.

With eleven franchises and seven service centers in the greater Los Angeles, The Auto Gallery’s customers can drop and pick up their vehicle wherever is most convenient. History

Established in 2008.

Originally ‘The Auto Gallery Ferrari Maserati’ service department, our Canoga Park facility now services all italian vintage vehicles, as well as all McLaren and Maserati cars.

As part of The Auto Gallery family, our Maserati and McLaren service center benefits from the advantages of being part of a large group. With our network of eleven dealerships and seven service departments, among which are three McLaren dealerships, two Maserati showrooms and two Maserati and McLaren service centers, The Auto Gallery benefits from a big pool of knowledge for both brands.

The group is expanding, thanks to a successful business model, based on building relationships with clients through great customer service. In 2014, The Auto Gallery took Alfa Romeo in, acquired Maserati of Beverly Hills and re launched Van Nuys FIAT. The group also opened a new McLaren franchise in Calabasas, just after our McLaren Scottsdale launch. Join the fun, join the family!

Be very careful !
My experience with this shop, The Auto Gallery Maserati — Canoga Park, has been terrible. After getting my car serviced here the ‘check engine’ light mysteriously wouldn’t turn off. Immediately I brought my car back and asked to look at the problem as well as the car’s left headlight which stopped working. Few days later I received a long list of repair proposals, of which I only approved to replace the light fixture bulb for $ 750.
I clearly told them I didn’t need the other expensive repairs done. I explained to the service rep that the car is very old (11 years) and has no value for a major investment.
I was surprised with a $ 5,200 bill when I arrived to pick up the car, and asked to meet the service manager. He was very sure I had approved the costly job even though he admitted I never spoke with him. He just «heard the phone conversation» I had with the salesman, he said. I rejected his story and asked him to return the car to its original condition. He agreed to do so and warned me that my left headlight would still be broken. I was ok with that.
Took them a week to get the car ready and once again I was surprised with a $ 700 bill for labor cost (which I was forced to pay in order to release the car). He explained that $ 350 for install and $ 350 for removal was his cost of labor and he needs to recover that. This all because of a job I had not asked for in the first place. Later on he changed his reason to «a cost of diagnostics and serviceable list items» they prepared.
For the next two weeks I have called DAILY to talk with the shop managers and requested a higher authority person to talk with. I was totally ignored and/​or got the run around. Finally the manager’s secretary left me a message offering me $ 350 credit which I refused and demanded a full refund. They still refused. We will probably end up in court because it’s a matter of principle for me.
Btw, I ended up taking the car to another Maserati repair shop who repaired the light fixture to my full satisfaction for $ 640 including parts, labor, and tax (I have the bill in case of a court challenge). The left headlight is now working perfectly fine, and to my opinion, the $ 5,200 estimate from The Auto Gallery Maserati — Canoga Park was a total attempt for a rip off.

What a pleasant experience, after having such a sour morning calling the van Nuys location and having such a hard time with an unprofessional Manager, talking to Nick at Maserati Canoga Park was like unreal he check my car and gave me a result right away within 30 minutes I had a rental and I was ready to go. I pick my car today and as a gratitude a gave him a bottle of Tequila, and some Skin Care to Reynita the receptionist. «Happy Holidays «it doesn’t hurt to be kind. Pass it on.

I want to take a minute to thank the team at Auto Gallery service.
My car had a minor issue and they were quick to my rescue. Road side assistance directed me to them and a tow truck was sent right away.
My car was picked up and a loaner car was issued. I must say the wait for the issue to be fixed took a little longer than i expected, but they did it with care.
I asked for a wash prior to picking up and the lady over the phone was very accommodating and said «they will see what they can do»
When i got there, seemed like it was end of her shift but she was sweet enough to come approach my car and meet me.
Dropped off loaner key, signed some papers and i was done!
* They were sweet enough to give me a little tour of the inside. That body shop is one of the priciest shops I’ve ever seen with Ferraris all around. I was lucky enough to catch a brand new McLaren that got got delivered.
I would definitely do business with them again.

Went in with my friend to get their car serviced Blair was the service rep who helped him out, and I can honestly say that was some fast service!!! This is the place to go if you have a Maserati. Yes it’s a very long drive from Santa Monica but it’s worth it to deal with real car guys and decent people. I worked with Nick the manager and he knows Maserati and Ferrari. Take the drive and get good service. The other Maserati dealership in LA told me to wait one month to see my car, nick fixed it in 1 hr!

Well they liked to charge $ 4.192 for the thermostat change and laboring. I was happy to get my car back and fixed it only for $ 724. In addition, whem i was there to tow my car, the poor car was parked on the street under the sun. The price is not reasonable, unreasonable over priced estimation. They might think Maserati and Ferrari owners make so much and easy money to charge this much difference?
