I’m surprised by the negative reviews on here because I purchased my Yukon from here almost 6 months ago and the service was amazing!!! They went above and beyond for me to get the suv that I wanted, in my budget and in the best timing. I have had many experiences with car salesmen and dealerships and most of them, unpleasant. But with the salespeople here, I never felt that way. I had several staff members help me but Edgar did the majority of the transaction and I am more than pleased that I chose to work with them. I even referred my sister and she bought a vehicle shortly after me and was very satisfied! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone that is looking to find the right car for them in a timely manner. I can imagine some of your competitors are posting bad remarks, but nevertheless that’s competition. My best advice is as a buyer you can’t believe all the negative press, step in their doors and see for yourself. Happy car hunting !

I bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro with very low mileage, an affordable price, and so clean I couldn’t believe that it wasn’t new. My salesmen Pancracio, was very professional and kind. I regret making business with this stupid dealership, after a month of buying the car the engine light turned on .and I took it back to the dealership and they said nothing is wrong with it, so I was like ok… then next thing u know I was driving and the car started shaking
N j got really scared Bc I thought somebody crashed in to me, so I took it back once again n as usual the stupid workers there didn’t know what to say or do. and now that I just paid off the stupid shitty car, it’s not drivable
And now I have to buy a BRAND NEW CaR, because this CALIDAD dealership ONLY sells TRASH.
So pls pls people if you are thinking about buying a new car DO NOT BUY A CAR In this DEALERSHIP Bc they only want your money for a car that won’t even last a month.
Pls just go to a better dealership LIKE RYDELL northdrige !!! Not only because they have better cars they HAVE warranty for more than 2 yrs.

My parents bought a Nissan Armada 2005, everything was good until a week later something went wrong the light was flashing so we took it back, they said they will fix it.
Month later we notice something isn’t right, so we took it to a mechanic BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDNT FIX NOTHING THEY JUST TURNED OFF THE LIGHT!

What a shame. Walked in today with cash on hand to purchase two vehicles for my business. No pricing disclosed on any of their cars. You have to ask and they size you up before disclosing pricing. Sorry Calidad! You are not getting our money.

Where do i start… so i bought a 2003 Infiniti M45. It called my eyes, specially that its a car you don’t see often. Any who, did the deal financed it done. Next day… my check engine light goes on. Called, took it in to fix. Day 2, car smells like gas, oil leak. Took it in, fixed it. Day 3, my air bag sensor went off and, E break light indicated it was on when it was off. Had to go out my way and take it in, not to mention I’m busing it to work at this point. The key was to buy a car to avoid the bus, go figure! Now finally all over with! The following day, my E break light appears, well., hello again. Dropped it off took two days to fix. All these problems have equaled to 3 weeks. Now 3 days later. hi air bag sensor!!! Had to take it in once again!!! So at this point they give me a rental car, a nissan sentra 2006. Now let me tell you this cars radio didnt work interior was jacked up and the axle didnt even work!!! And it was blowed out with stickers saying «managers special!.» For sale. A week later i go and deman my car back since the peace of crap nissan was a risk to drive. I get another rental car… ford fusion 2009, just when i finally thought they had a descent car. The muffler is jacked up on it Lmao!!! Today is 3-​28-​2015 and i still haven’t gotten my vehicle i bought to have. Ain’t that something?! I do regret not reading the reviews first. You may ask «well why didn’t you return it?!» Ummm not deposit back and i fell for the car.

I bought my 2005 Acura TSX w/​Navigatio here in November. When I first got the car the navigation and radio was not working but they said they would have it fixed. I went there 4 times in a span of a week. After 3 weeks my alternator went out on me while I was at a coffee bean. I luckily got a jump and drove all the way back to the dealer. The car literally died right when I parked in front of the dealer. They gave me a rental and told me that they would replace my alternator and fix my navigation & radio. I got my car back after 2 days.
When you buy a car from a dealership you would think that all of the fluids would have been checked and good. Boy was I wrong. After a month of owning my car I decided to check my fluids and change my oil. The windshield wiper fluid was empty, the brake fluid was practically empty which was why my car would shake everytime every time I would brake, and my radiator fluid reservoir was empty.
Overall, I am satisfied with the car. But I really wish that they would have at least done the maintenance and made sure everything (like the navigation & radio) was already fixed before putting the car up for sale. It would have definitely saved me the hassel of driving back and forth constantly.
Another note. While I was at the dealer there was a man that I began conversating with about these cars. Apparently these cars that are on the lot are from auctions that they go to. So I think that some cars may be good and some may be bad.
Overall, I would NOT buy from here again.

This place deserves negative stars for the quality of product that is given to their customers. I went in as a first time car buyer with my girlfriend and it was absolutely ridiculous from the get go. Two days after taking the car home I had to call the dealership’s mechanic to come replace the starter. Then the next week it was the battery. The week after that it was the alternator. In the span of one month I’ve gone to the mechanic 5 times and had my car jumped 10 times in order to get to where I needed to be. They refuse to take responsibility for the lemon that I purchased and the best they can do is extend my warranty another month. Your safest bet would be to go to a more well known establishment, because this place is bound to be the cause of your headache after purchasing a car here.

But now is like shit… if you gave your deposit and the next day you regret lose everything if you gave 1000 or 5000 with these seller are not happy… Be carefully people!!!
