The Doctor is amazing but dealing with his office staff is another story. We have had nothing but problems since we joined several months ago. From rudeness to lack of response and being told different things by different people. One person confirms receipt of my email, another claims to never have received the same e-mail. A 30 day prescription was only written for 10 day supply, ruining my vacation. The office blamed the pharmacy who proved that the prescription was in fact written that way. Now, the office is having«issues» with Healthnet and will tell you that they won’t see you so «go to urgent care if you have to be seen». Several office staff members told me the issue was with Regal’s system. Regal confronted them and they back tracked and said the issue is with HealthNet and promised to call me for an appointment. After one week, I received no call. My prescription needed a refill and after one week and two attempts by the pharmacy, no response. I have no choice but to waste my time and start all over with another doctor.
