We are working on a film and had problems with one of our adapters between boom mic and recorder. We went to Radio Shack in order to get a part that we thought would solve the problem. But when we tested it at the store, we determined that the problem was with a professional grade recorder we see using. Fariba, store manager, probably spent around 45 minutes helping is to isolate the problem, plugging in headphones and different cables. Keep in mind that the problem had was not even Radio Shack related issue. Her main motivation was that we walk out the door a happy customer. I was impressed with her formidable knowledge and she definitely qualifies as a tech geek on par with the best people I’ve worked with in the corporate world. I will not hesitate to do business with Fariba and her store in the future. She an example of the kind of personal customer service that don’t see anymore at places like BestBuy or Frys.

Called on a Saturday around 11:30am. Sat on hold waiting to find out if there was something in stock. She put me on hold(really just set the receiver down on the counter so I could hear her dealing with English and Spanish customers alike). I was on hold for 11 minutes. Ridiculous. She wasn’t even knowledgable.

If there is any reason for radio shack to exist, it’s this store. The managers are always friendly and attentive, not to mention upfront. I’ve bought three phones and five headsets from this store… I will go nowhere else!

I was looking to upgrade my phone, and being close to Black Friday and all, I decided to check out Radioshack’s deals today. I have to say, I have never been as impressed by service as I was today. Not only were Stephanie(Sales Assistant) and Fabiola(Sales Manager) incredibly patient, but I appreciated their overall demeanor, especially towards my father. He had come into the store the day before inquiring about prices and phones available. They both remembered him, greeted us politely and began speaking in Spanish for easier communication. I loved that! I was surprised that this store wasn’t swamped with a mess of people, but better for me, I suppose. I was so excited to finally get my iPhone, especially since I’d been living in the caveman era ever since my Galaxy got water damage. The 5s cost about $ 50 + taxes from its original price, and this time I purchased Apple’s 2 year warranty($ 100), just in case of another water damage incident. It all rounded out to about $ 200 with a two year contract with my provider. Such a sweet deal! They have the same deals going on till tomorrow, so if you’re in search for a new phone, give Radioshack a visit. Oh, and send my regards to Stephanie and Fabiola. Again, fantastic customer service!

So, I came back here to exchange my phone yet again, to upgrade to a newer model. Fabi and Cristian, once again, provided such a high level of service that it’s comparable to none! They should really be set as an example to follow for newer employees, because when it comes to dealing with companies like these — customer service tends to go out the window. Both Cristian and Fabi are very knowledgeable on the products, and very good at what they do. I applaud them for their multi-tasking abilities, when it came to handling multiple customers — some nicer than others — all the while, still making my trip a smooth and seamless visit. I called them to do a stock check and they put me on hold for ten minutes and then they hung up. The next day I called them about the cell phone I wanted and they said they had it on stock. 25 minutes later I arrive at the store to get the cell phone and the guy says they sold the last one an hour ago. I will never spend my money here
