We purchased a laptop from them and they offered every kind of assistance to get me up and running, and they didn’t nickel and dime me on each situation. Thank you, Roger. Solid customer service and from what I could tell, really honest folks. They couldn’t fix my computer (HD crash) but looked at it for free. Nobody does that anymore. There’s always a «service fee.» Great customer service, too.

This is the second time I have brought my computer emergency to R-​Tech. Each time they immediately took a look at my computer and were able to fix it within minutes and they DIDN’T EVEN CHARGE ME!!! Whenever I have a computer problem my first stop will always be R-​Tech

Awesome place I went there with my laptop classic problem with power jack turns out adapter was dead we knew that by testing my laptop with one of his bench adapters Roger couldn’t sell me the adaptor but guess what he let me borrow it till I ordered one and he wouldn’t accept any money from me even though I offered him to charge me something after keeping the adaptor for almost 3 weeks

Can not praise R-​Tech and the owner Roger and his crew too much. Couldn’t get Adobe Flash to work on my computer. Took it in and one of the techs diagnosed it and fix it while I waited. I stumbled across R-​tech Computers years ago when I lived in the area I now live in Northern California and because of there great service I sent my computer to them. I don’t trust just anyone with my important documents on my computer. Well it crashed so I sent it to them and (they where somehow able to save everything) I got my computer back with a new operating system and all my documents and family photo’s that are not replaceable. I also got my computer back in just a matter of day’s

They are a one stop center for PCs, Software, Printers, and security. You can speak to a real person not a recording.
