I’m so bummed… drove across the valley today to get my favorite Philly Cheese and found Millers closed :(The husband and wife team were amazing and I thought they were the best Cheese steaks in town. If anybody has any info on the owners and if they plan on opening another spot please post here or leave me a message!

I had a mean craving for a Philly Cheesesteak. Found this place online and decided to check it out. Food is amaze-balls! I destroyed the Philly and the steak fries were ridiculously good. I haven’t had steak fries like that since I was a kid going to round the way burger joints. So good. Nice, friendly staff. They knew right away I was a newbie. I love it. Let’s me know they are loaded with repeat customers. They can certainly add me to the list. I will be back for more!

I just knew from the outside appearance I was going to get a good sandwich. As I approached the restaurant a sign said best philly steak sandwich around. So after looking at the menu I decided to go with the philly. So glad I did! It was amazing! The meat was very well seasoned, the bun was soft, and the cheese was perfectly gooey and melted. *drooling* I ordered some fries with my sandwich and they were great too! Super crispy and flavorful. I will definitely be coming back to this spot again!

Sat for 15 mins waiting for an order until I finally walked to the counter to ask… 5 people in the restaurant and they lost my order. Got the pastrami sandwich home and it was fatty and way too salty. I’m afraid they use cheap meat. Disappointed and a first time customer. Won’t be back.

I don’t really know how to rate this place. The lady behind the counter was sweet I think she was the owner, when I asked for another ranch dressing she did look a bit shocked but gave it to us any way :-) The turkey sandwich was okay, my friend loved the burger. The experience was okay, not amazing the place is clean.

I’ve passed by this place a thousand times; finally, I stopped in and tried the Philly Steak sandwich. I had the Philly with fat fries and Coke. For what they charged, I should’ve gotten a bit more meat, especially since I had pay extra for Cheese. There really wasn’t much meat and grilled vegetables; I mean, how much do vegetables cost anyway. Btw, they charge you to refill your soda; come on, this is 2015; everybody gives you free refills. The place is run by a husband and wife; they are Not the original owners of Millers. I don’t believe these people know how to run a food business properly. She was nice, but just not much hospitality here. I don’t think I’ll be back again.

The service was great and the people were very friendly. The French dip sandwich was a bit dry but the Philly cheesesteak had a great flavor.

Always get the cheese steak or pastrami combo — both are great. Maybe not the best for your body, but fills the craving for good cheese steak and crispy fries. Vegetarians in my office love the avocado sandwich, and the salads are good too. Owners are there 6 days a week, super friendly. Another plus the history channel is always on the big screen. A Canoga park staple. For the reviewer who said Subway tastes better — everyone knows Subway is what you get when there’s nothing else around or you’re on another yo-yo diet.

Philly sandwich is ok. Ham sandwich my 8 year old step daughter can make a better one. If you’re looking for a cold sandwich drive a little bit more and make a stop at subway. The lady behind the counter zero personality.

My workplace is close so I go there sometimes, not bad it’s good if you ‘d like to sit in a relaxed environment and enjoy TV while eating. Sandwiches and foods, I’m not telling that are bad but not my taste except the hot dog. Rarely seen a place that charge for drink refill but they do. Customer service is great which is a big plus.

NOTIMPRESSED! First off… I’m a fat kid and know what the hell I’m talking about when it comes to a delicious sammy… this…this was NOT one of those times. Bread was dry, hardly any meat, they didn’t offer a choice for mushrooms. I was less than impressed and will not be going back but what really chaps my azz is that the person working behind the counter didn’t correctly charge us for extra cheese and came back to me a few minutes after and demanded we run our card again for $ 1…REALLY??? Such bad business.

Decided to try this place on a whim given the average 4-star rating and the convenient location. The staff was super friendly and helpful but the food really disappointed me. I got the Reuben sandwich for about $ 6. The sandwich came out pretty quick which was nice but the overall sandwich was just odd. The sandwich was served on grilled rye bread. The bread wasn’t the problem per say. The meat is where things went wrong. It seems they grilled some pieces of thinly sliced fatty beef(think Yoshinoya beef bowl meat) in oil, or should I say they drenched it in oil, and served it up to me. I kid you not the oil went through the paper that the sandwich was held in as well as the paper bag they gave me for my to-go order. The thousand island sauce was alright but the sauerkraut was also a bit of a let down. It didn’t have any crunch and seemed old. Overall Maybe I tried the wrong thing? I might make my way down there to try something a little less difficult but probably not anytime soon.

I cannot believe this people has a Unilocal batch at their door … Their food is nahhhh, it used to be great 10 years ago, now I rather go half a block north on De Soto to subway. I went there just because I saw the Unilocal badge at their door but I have no clue how they got it… I’m so confused Not the worst Philly I ever had but defenetely not $ 9 worth Stay away… Much better Phillys on Topanga and Lasen

I wish I could say Miller’s was sensational, but in the end it was just ok. We were looking to expand our lunch repertoire at work when someone suggested we check out Miller’s. A quick perusal of the menu and I decided on the patty melt and fried zucchini. The patty melt came with bacon which is unusual, but I rarely complain about bacon. It was pretty greasy, but the thing that bothered me the most is that the burger patties were kind of a weird tan color. The fried zucchini was really crispy and maybe overcooked for some people, but I liked it. The people at Miller’s are super nice and I would be interested to more things(cheesesteak??) in the future.
