We have been using Jeff Nelson since we moved into our place in 2008. He had been referred by the previous owner. Jeff has always been great — he services our HVAC 2x year and has done a great job with trouble spotting and providing us with a range of options when we want to tweak something. His costs are reasonable, and he and his team are thorough. Cannot recommend him enough!

Can’t say anything bad about Jeff Nelson’s work. He’s reliable and gives great customer service. He doesn’t automatically default to the highest price repair option. You will always get a list of possible repair or replacement options. Very professional.
