I took both of my watches to have their batteries replaced. Amy was fantastic in assisting me as these were «last minute» replacements. She also advised options on fixing some scratches on my work watches, which I was ready to write off. Great service and friendly people. Also, great location, as you are near Islands and Cheesecake Factory. I would gladly recommend Fast Fix for watch repair.

They changed my watch bezel once before, it was fast and only $ 20.00. I just called about switching the same bezel and the price is now $ 100.00 less then 2 months later. I’m sorry but that out of control. Be carful, they will take your money!!!

I came here to get my necklace repaired and was surprised by the exceptional customer service I received. I waited no longer then a few minutes and received several apologies for my wait. Amy was very helpful in providing me assistance with my necklace repair and she even cleaned some of my jewelry free of charge! When I came back to pick up my items Tai helped me check out and when I asked if it was possible to repair my keychain which had fallen apart he brought his tools out and did it in front of me free of charge as well. All in all, I was initially intimated by the stores high end appearance but the low cost and great customer service will keep me coming back here for all my jewelry needs. Keep up the great work.

Wow what a pleasant surprise! I brought in six watches with dead batteries and they were ready in 45 minutes. All that with a nice refresh and polish for one of my TAG’s too. Javier and his staff are very nice and efficient. I will definitely be going here for all my wristwatch needs going forward.

Went in to get a battery for a Tag Heuer watch and told it was $ 50! and they also said my band was going to break and they would fix for another $ 15…$ 65 total. I thought this was high so I said I would shop around, I went to Timekeeper on Shoup and Ventura and they changed the battery for $ 15 and did a small adjustment to the band for free!!!

I just walk in to fix my gold chain. The very nice and charming lady explain all my options. How to fix my problem.? They give me 10% discount as a new client. 20 min later I pick my jewelry, just like new plus they a polished for free.

FastFix was very very helpful! I travel a lot for business and went there after my watch broke as I went through airport security (Off course right, another headache from airport security). Came to this store because I walked by and it looked nice, and I’m glad I went inside. The employees were very nice and welcomed me right away. They had customers in front of me and let me know they would be right with me. Turns out I just needed a watch pin, after a few minutes, they fixed it right up, cleaned the watch for me when I didn’t even ask for that service and even offered to clean my favorite piece of jewelry for no charge! Off course I said yes, who doesn’t like a free cleaning on their jewelry?! I even bought a really cool Ace of Spades Zippo lighter while I was waiting! Thanks Fast Fix for the great service and just being nice!

Fast repair 30 min, and happened to have a black rhinestone that matched my antique necklace. $ 25 for the rhinestone and to glue it in. I’m thinking $ 10. Nice, friendly, fast and a bit overpriced.

Friendly employees with a great sense of humor. Fixed my watch quickly and did it right. Anyone who I have ever dealt with at laser fix has been incredibly amazing. I have been coming here for quite a long time now, and have never been let down. If you ever need any repairs or a new watch, you have to go to laser fix!
For my last visit, I stopped by laserfix to get my watch repaired (i had dropped it and the entire watch stopped working.) Aren promptly greeted me and ensured that he would be able to fix my watch in no more than 30 minutes. He phoned me 15 minutes later and I came back to pick it up. The thing looked brand new! You have to come here!
