Small selection, but what they have is pretty. The staff is also friendly, but when I got the AAA discount, the owner disappeared into his office for a bit to make a copy of my card which seemed weird. I can’t think of another time where they needed a copy of my card to get my discount.
Parking for this location can also be a pain in the butt since it’s very very small. It’s also on the corner of two busy streets so getting in and our can also be a difficult task. Just plan on coming in & going out with the flow of traffic. It’ll save you a whole lot of time.

The shop was very on friendly and not accommodating. They were rude and very unhelpful. I will avoid the shop at all costs

I went back to Conroy’s today for flowers for my mom to show my appreciation for the beautiful funeral flowers they went out of their way to provide last minute. I explained that I needed something inexpensive for my son to give his grandmother. Again, the customer service and flowers were amazing. I asked to keep it to $ 20,00 and they did and the arrangement was terrific!!! So grateful for this local business and happy to support it!!!

I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend for our one year anniversary. They arrived on time, except they looked like they were in the heat the whole day. When she got them some of the flowers were wilting and by the second day more than half were dead. I spent over 100 $ but I didn’t expect for the flowers to die so quick and show up looking the way they did. I was disappointed none the less. I seriously couldn’t believe at how the bouquet showed up. After 3 days only thing left standing is the vase they came in. If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would. I could’ve just gave her the money and been better off. I give you 2 dumbs down for the flowers, and the quality. I get the flowers won’t last forever. But flowers off the freeway have lasted longer than these. Boo to you.

Horrible service. I ordered an arrangement for mom’s birthday and requested that they be ready by 11am I show up at 1 pm and it’s not ready… really?!
Writing this review while waiting for them to make the flower arrangement that was supposed to be ready two hours ago.

This is an update to my last review. We had complained to Conroy’s about the roses wilting after two days, and we let them know how displeased we were. After initially not doing anything about it, we received a call today, and were told they would be delivering a fresh bouquet of roses. Within 30 minutes they delivered a new bouquet.
Although they were slow to respond, I’m glad they did the right thing. I’ve upgraded them from one star to three stars, for doing the right thing.

My husband ordered and payed for a dozen long stemmed roses to be delivered to my work for my birthday. They delivered a floral bouquet with carnations and daisies that looked like it was a $ 25 arrangement. I know for a fact because I design arrangements myself. They offered to deliver the roses the next day but we had to return the other arrangement first. We returned the arrangement and just got a refund on our roses. Never did they apologize, or offer us a credit on the roses. Beware of this florist, rip off!

As other reviews have mentioned, Conroy’s is contracted by 1−800-flowers to execute and deliver your orders.
DB has sent me 2 arrangements through 1−800-flowers/Conroy’s. While the arrangements are pretty on the day they arrive, the flowers wilt in bloom form within 2 days of receiving the arrangement.
While I’m appreciative that DB sends me flowers that get me all giddy, I just wish that the arrangements last a little longer.

If you want the bad and unreliable service, go there. Ordered flowers with delivery on Valentine’s day. The recipient never got them, when I called the shop, their excuse was that they had many drivers calling in sick, therefore they were short staffed… At least they could have told me this before charging my card. Got my money back, never going back there again!

I made an online order for Valentine’s Day. The recipient did not even get them on time. The arrangement she got was NOT like their online picture AT ALL. Their pictures are very deceiving. I called several times, and they did not return my phone calls like they said they would. One employee was even arguing with ME. They should be catering to ME because I AM PAYING THEM. This is ridiculous. The manager was a lot nicer, and he claims he will get back to me. WE’LL SEE.

i ordered flowers from Conroy’s in Canoga Park for a Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife. The surprise was the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I called to complain and was told they were delivered to the right address. WTF?!? I will NEVER order flowers from them again. EVER.

The company I work for uses Conroy’s Flowers/FromYouFlowers.com. A co-​worker and I recently ordered flowers online through
, first they were LATE delivering the flowers to the hospital where our boss was. They called to apologize for the inconvenience, credit our same day fee AND upgraded our order for free… BUT when our boss sent us the thank you and a pic of the flowers, OMG they looked like TRASH!!! We ordered a nice $$$ bouquet of flowers that ended up being the CHEAPEST looking bunch of nonsense I have ever seen in my life. Nothing close to being pictured online, the flowers, color everything was wrong and just embarrassing! We called the next day with a complaint, they admitted that they ran out of flowers that day and hoped that we would not notice the difference… They offered to deliver a bouquet free of charge, BUT that was just as BAD, they even took back the CRAP bouquet they originally delivered! DON’T ORDER FROM EITHER COMPANY!!!

I used them via 1800 flowers for mother’s day and my mom didn’t receive her flowers. They were supposed to deliver Sunday (by 7, which is late to begin with, but whaterver, it’s a busy day) or Saturday if they had to, but nothing… I called at about 4 on Sunday to check on the status and was told not to worry! This is pretty outrageous. I looked up other 1800 flowers reviews and they are all pretty bad no matter where your are; they must use the worst florists out there, which can’t find any business on their own accord. GO TO ANY OTHER FLORIST and DO NOT USE 1800 FLOWERS (FRAUD!!!)

This is the worst place ever!!! I wouldn’t go there again.

I went there to get flower bouquet on the way to church. It was around 11am and they did not have much selection ready at that time. So, I decided to get two dozen of roses and asked them to make two bouquets.
It was $ 30.00 per each dozen, however, the flowers were NOT fresh at all. They were all wilted and the edge of every flowers were turned into black. In addition to that, they just wraped it up with clear vinyl and ugly ribbon. I asked them if I can change the ribbon color… and surprisingly there are only 3 different colors. Not pretty and not even a normal quality.
I was very disappointed of the quality of bouquet, however, I did not have enough time to stop by somewhere else and also I felt sorry for not purchasing it. So, I told the lady that the bouquets are NOT good at all and I know that the roses are not fresh and asked for $ 5 discount for each bouquet.
The lady started to pulling off the outside flower petals and said … it’s not old and it’s just because of she did not clean it.: (It was at the cash register… and she said that she did not clean it and can’t give discount.
And even before I mentioned anything, she added «If you don’t want it, tha’ts fine!!»
Of course I disappointed of their flower quality, but what was more disappointing is their attitude. They’re very rude and unprofessional.
To be honest, I’ve never seen that ugly flower bouquet. I am sure that they never took any professional florist class.
I did not buy them and went to Ralphs. I paid only $ 20.00 for ready-​to-​pick-​up bouquet which was fresh, pretty and more flowers.
Please do not order online since they will send you the ugly one which is overpriced.

I am getting married in October, and this place was walking distance from my home, and it has been in the valley for many, many years. I thought that since it has been here for so long it must be reputable. My fiancée and I walked in and they made eye contact and immediately looked down. I walked up to an older woman and said Hi, I am looking for flowers for my wedding. And she handed me 2 books One of them was of funeral flowers and the other was some random miscellaneous bs with 2 pages of wedding flowers. I politely asked for a card and left.
She didn’t even stop us, she didn’t even communicate with us as to what we would like or what we were looking for. DON’T EVEN BOTHER.

Conroy’s Flowers is who 1−800-Flowers uses as their local florist in the Canoga Park area.
I decided to use 1−800-Flowers to send an arrangement of flowers to a friend at her work, and Conroy’s was contracted with the job. While they did a great job putting together the arrangement and delivering it on the day we agreed upon, i was concerned with how late the delivery took place, and the quality of the flowers received.
Delivery took place later in the afternoon, which ended up working out for fine for my situation, however should’ve someone sent flowers to a workplace that closes down somewhat early, they wouldn’t have made it. Per their agreement with 1−800-Flowers, they’re also supposed to notify the customer when the order has been received and is out for delivery. None of this happened, and I had to call customer care to have them reach out to Conroy’s to get an ETA as i was concerned that they would not arrive in time.
Now, delivery is only a small contributor to my 2-​star rating. As i previously mentioned, I was pleased with the arrangement itself, however the life and longetivity (or lack thereof) was unacceptable. My european arrangement that was just shy of $ 90 was dead after just under a week. I’ve sent flowers in the past from the grocery store florist which I would naturally imagine wouldn’t last nearly as long, and are a FRACTION of the cost, and they’ve always lasted a minimum of two weeks in the same care, by the same recipient.
So, there’s that. If you’re looking for a pretty arrangement, a florist that delivers, and lifespan is of no concern to you, then Conroy’s is a decent choice. But if it’s someone you care about and you want the flowers to continue to bring a smile to their face for longer than just a couple days, then you may want to look elsewhere.

I’ve purchased flowers from Conroy’s twice, and swore I’d never purchase from them again. I bought flowers for my single friends on Valentines Day last year and they were delivered right before 5pm while she was walking out the door to go home! I had asked them, and confirmed that they would be there during the early afternoon. I called them 3 times to make sure!
Then today, my husband surprised me with roses. He knew that I took lunch at 11:30 and wouldn’t be in the office until 1pm. The lady from Conroy’s told him that the flowers would be delivered well before 11. Delivery time? 12:00. Luckily, my schedule changed and I took a late lunch.
This place has no respect for its customers and we will never purchase from them again.

I just had a baby and my mother and husband both bought flowers for me from this place. My husband bought a pink rose topiary that died within 2 days, and my mother paid $ 70 for an orchid plant that is dead just 6 days later. They didn’t even give her a receipt, otherwise I would be there with this dead plant demanding a refund. I’m absolutely furious — this is just about the worst florist experience I’ve ever had.

You know how it’s best to receive cut flowers a day or two before they are at their peak and full bloom? Well, the roses that were delivered to me were way past their peak. The petal edges were already shriveled and they had a little droopy action going on. The outer petals were also starting to fall off.
If you are gonna send somebody flowers, don’t get them here. For the big $ that you’re paying for long stemmed roses, they better be fresh and that word is not in their vocabulary. Also, they are hella cheap and give you one itty bitty package of flower food. Use
