These guys are wonderful! I was directed here through Geico Xpress and the process couldn’t have been simpler! Friendly staff explained the repair process to me (I had some bumper and headlight damage) and they were able to coordinate my rental right from their location! Friendly staff (shout out to Dennis and Justin) for doing an excellent job and the shop was clean, and I felt feet safe and secure. I would recommend them to ANYONE in need of auto body repair as it was professional, clean, and super quick! Thank you for your service and if I am ever in need, I am coming right back to you! The car looks great, like it was brand new!!!

Excellent customer service here! Hit and run driver hit me yesterday in 405; Geico sent me to Class N Color here in Canoga Park for body repair. 3 people helped me; Class N Color (Justin & Dennis) and from Geico Amanda! All three were exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating! I came early and asked to use the bathroom and by the time I came out Dennis had called Enterprise to come early, and Justin began taking care of my vehicle instead of waiting for Amanda who usually takes care of this and they also had water waiting for me! The Amanda came and she was just as accommodating as Dennis and Justin! The enterprise person came and also was wonderful! (Mia). All around wonderful experience! I needed this after yesterday! Thank you Justin, Dennis, Amanda and Mia for making me feel better!

Picked up my car today and it looks beautiful! Usually when I have to go to a body shop I feel like an alien female in a garage full of testosterone but here I felt very, very comfortable and important as a customer throughout the experience! I recommend this place highly for everyone but especially us ladies!

The customer service and care is fantastic! From the Geico rep to the Enterprise rep they are amazing in ensuring you are taken care of.

I was a victim of a hit and run and Geico sent me to this wonderful place. The owners of the shop did everything they could to make me feel better about the unpleasant situation and my car looks brand new again. The whole process felt very quick, seemless, and they truely went above and beyond to make me feel happy about my Veloster again.
If I ever need repair work again I will most definitely come back here, no question.
They also have a beautiful fish tank at the front desk that was well kept and when I saw that I new my car was going into trustworthy hands.

Justin and Dennis were great to work with and very professional. They took such great care of my car and the results were fabulous. Their customer service is top notch. They went above and beyond to repair my car. I was so impressed with the results and the way I was treated as a customer that I will definitely be returning to them for all my car’s needs. I will be referring them to my friends and family because of the excellent job and customer service they provided. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I have been sending all my collision repairs to Dennis and Justin at Class ‘N Color since 2002. These guys are great because they keep the whole repair process simple and they stick to their word. In addition to taking all the cars in my family to them I never hesitate in sending a friend to them. The cars always come out of their shop looking brand new and they work well with all the insurance companies I have had over the years. If you want an excellent repair and a straight forward body shop this is the place. Thank you Dennis and Justin for everything you have done for me and my family over the years. Just have to start by saying that Class ‘N Color is FIRST CLASS! I got in a fender bender and was sent to their shop for repairs. I’ve had poor experiences in the past with auto body shops but this was the easiest process by far. Paperwork was ready to go when I arrived and the customer service was beyond phenomenal. Justin is the most knowledgeable person I’ve dealt with in auto repairs and explained not only the damages but the overall process so even a car novice such as myself could understand. I didn’t feel rushed or that they were trying to be cheap/​deceptive in any way. So lucky to be reminded what good customer service feels like.
The place is truly a one stop shop for everything. My rental car was waiting once they finished looking at the damages and I even received daily text messages on the status of the repairs. I got my car back in less than a week and it looks better than ever. I can’t believe I haven’t been here before and they have definitely earned a customer for life.
Justin and Dennis are the perfect partnership and you can tell immediately when you walk in that they know what they’re doing. No doubt about it… these guys are THE BEST! Thanks again for the amazing repair but more importantly just making the experience seamless and painless!

Lucky to have Geico refer me to Class n Color. From the moment I walked in they had all my paperwork ready for me, including my rental car. Their costumer service exceeded what I expected. Justin was super nice, had my car back in 3 days! Communication was great, updated text messages daily. Definitely a return customer should the situation arise… hopefully not, but if it does, Class and color is the way to go!!! Thanks again!

Came in here to get an estimate, instead got a bunch of excuses and they started arguing with me, even though I only asked for a yes or no answer. Justin was trying to talk to me while being busy with a customer on the phone, while Dennis was too busy to help me because his sticky notes needed all his attention. He said «hold on, I’m trying to get this rectangle together» for his sticky notes… never had so much of a hassle. Dennis and Justin need some customer service training.
Edit: these guys really need to improve their customer service skills, check their reply. Who attacks a customer and makes up stuff like I came in with a check and all that bs. I came to get an estimate, because they were a local shop that said they had an adjuster on site. I have no need to use such tactics for extra money all I wanted to know around what it was going to cost since an adjuster wasn’t being sent and the girl who rear ended me insurance company was doing it over pictures. These guys are bullies and lazy. I’m not a professional in this field and was hoping for a professionals opinion but apparently I came to the wrong place. BTW that same day I got an estimate took 20 minutes and saved me a lot of trouble. Dennis you wouldn’t even give me an answer and just walked away, extremely professional

Great customer service, super easy set up with rental car and adjuster in house, fast turn around time, and last but not least my car came back looking like it had never been damaged. Exceeded my expectations, do not hesitate to have your body work done at Class ‘N Color

Another tremendous experience with them after my teenage daughter dinged my BMW. They always look out for the insured and do their very best to fight for you and make sure you get OEM parts and a truly professiiinal and comprehensiv repair — no cheap shortcuta. My 2011 BMW 328 looks like new! I will always come here and so ahould you. Thanks for great work.

This place is amazing from the time you walk in. One stop shop makes insurance dealings, car rentals, and getting the car fixed a breeze. The customer service is out of this world. Everyone is very helpful. Justin the mechanic that assisted me and worked on my car was exceptional. He made sure the car was up to my standards and that I was fully satisfied before walking out. From start to finish m, this shop is 100%. The owners sit up front, no receptionist that doesn’t know anything. Everything is seamless, they make a promise and deliver. I was told my van would be ready at 5pm Thursday, there she was, all shiny and new looking. Justin and his dad are expert and also very kind and patient. You never feel like a number. I asked their workers and most have been here a very long time, they have professionals doing your car and you can tell. I have had work done here twice and it is stunning. Their prices are fair to low. You will never languish on hold or be transferred around. I am a tough customer and I trust them, they earned it. They go the extra mile, really inspecting to see if there is any damage beyond then body work, I feel safe putting my family in the car because I know they do more than the minimum some insurance companies want. I don’t want to get in another crash, but when I do, I know it will be easy to get back on the road because of this family, running the best auto body shop in the valley… I know, I have been to many.

This is my new favorite Autobody shop. They coordinated with my insurance company to make the process seamless. They provide fantastic service, revealing just how much they value each customer. Being well organized, they have found how to balance high volume with a small family business feel. They truly take pride in their work. All these five star ratings are well deserved.

This was unfortunately my second time at Class ‘N Color and I couldn’t have been more satisfied… again. I dealt with Justin. He’s very professional and does a great job explaining the process. Took our Mercedes in this time and couldn’t be happier with their repair job.

We were sent here by GEICO to have our Subaru Legacy repaired due to collision. Justin was very good. He explained what they need to do and told us how long will it take to get our car repaired. It may have taken longer than what he told us because of holiday and it took sometime for Subaru to deliver the parts but everything was perfect. Our car looks like brand new all over again. It doesn’t look like it was on a collision. We went to pick up our car and everything ws just fast. Thank you!

I was sent to this shop by geico because I had a small dent in the back of my rear bumper. Justin updated me daily. They are on top of things here, from start to finish! My car was ready in 3 days.
I would go back if I need any further work on my car. This is a top body shop in the valley and I would recommend for all my family and friends to go here.
