I went here on a Friday at around 10:45 am and was helped right away. I didn’t have much dialogue with the employee but he was friendly. My car was finished in no more than 30 minutes. I got the cheapest deal they offered. My car was vacuumed, washed, and dried. They also cleaned the tires. They missed a few spots on the back seats when they vacuumed– not a big deal. For $ 20 (this includes tip) it was totally worth it. It would have costed me more time, effort, and money if I tried to do this myself and it wouldn’t have looked nearly as good. This place is cheap, fast, and efficient. Will be back.

Was in the area and figured I’d stop by because, once again, my car was filthy. Maybe even more than my last review. This time it was a Monday around noon and it was quite busy. On that same note, there was no special because it’s still only Tues-​Wed except it went up a dollar to $ 11.99. As far as the cleanliness of my car, it was just as I expected. Still good in my eyes.

Came to this place for the first time with a friend. The ticket writer Jose is rude and a terrible employee. First he bypassed our car and went to a different customer who came after. When he finally came to take our order for the wash we asked him why or if he had noticed we had come first. He basically blew us off wrote the ticket and moved on. He did not give us the time or courtesy it appeared some other customers were getting. We would not have tipped however we realize that it’s the actual workers that to the job and not that horrible ticket writer who should be replaced. He’s bad for business. We have no intention of ever coming back here.

The car wash close to me charges $ 30 and does an okay job. Today I decided to take a chance and drive out here. This place was a total disappointment. The guy that approached me was so rude and mean. This place already looks sketchy and not clean on top of that no customer service. I asked for a regular wash and the guy said for your car it’s $ 35. For my car? What does that mean? He said well that’s what it is. If you don’t like it you can go. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. I should of saved my gas and time by listening to the other Unilocalers.

I got the #4 wich is supposed to be a mini detail. For 28 $ I expect at least a decent car wash. The best thing they did was vacuum. My cup holder was wet and dirty. There were still water spots on my vehicle. A white residue left across the trunk of my navy blue car. And trash left in my door, you can’t throw away a paper towel ??? I was told it would take 30minutes, it took at least an hr no big deal if the car wash is good ! I then call to talk with a supervisor they tell me after I’ve already wasted my time there to come back and they can do it again as if I don’t better things to do on this Friday. I called hoping they would at least offer the bare minimum of a free car wash when IM AVAILABLE after doing such a half a** job!

Been going here for years! My car wasn’t washed rightist was and still is dirty to the passenger side, I told the gentlemen and he took off across the street to go home before I could tell him that he had not finished the job. I called the lady at register this morning! She was nothing but rude and said next time tell guy. I did but how could I said anything when he crossed the street to go home?! Needles to say I’m done here. I’m only giving one star because I have to! Go here if you just want to give your $$ away! feeling robbed and they have poor customer service.

Like many other have mention, the cashier is SO RUDE ! I have been coming here for a while, and keep coming because the people who clean your car actually do a decent job, and they are always so nice. However EVERY TIME I come here, the cashier has an attitude and acts like she really doesn’t want to be here, I get its a car wash but customer service counts. I always try to ignore her attitude but I guess today I just couldn’t. I came to pay. Keep in mind she doesn’t even say hello or anything. She just goes «cash or credit «I told her credit and she tells me «chip «as to insert it on the chip. I was about to get it out as she yells at me and tell me «DONT TAKE IT OUT «with a really bitchy tone «I told her. You don’t have to be so rude and she just talks back to me and tell me that she isn’t being rude I told her that’s not the way you should say things. That she could be «can you leave in for one more minute «or «no yet «she kept going on how if I took out the chip ahead of time she transaction would be have been cancel and she would have to start all over again (yelling at me). I told her I work in the service industry and that she needs to be less rude, she just trows the pen at me and tells me to sign. BOTTOM LINE, I DONT KNOW IF I WILL COME HERE AGAIN, I LOVE THE JOB THE GUYS DO, BUT I DONT KNOW IF I CAN DEAL WITH HER ATTITUDE ANYMORE.

Really slow service. In desperate need of workers. 1^st in line and it took 15 minutes to vacuum the car. Only 1 guy there to vacuum and put the cars in the washer. One car is washed every 5 – 7 min. Just sits on the rotation line. Terrible service.

This is the best car wash in at least a 5 mile radius! The owner runs a tight ship, Oscar, Bonito and Geraldo (sp?) are great detailers! I drive past 2 – 3 other car washes to come here!

They were so detailed in my car, they really make sure it’s spotless inside and out, inexpensive as well. Definitely will come back!

After a 6 hour drive up north and back… my car was full of dead bugs and needed a wash. I took it here because it’s close to where I work and took it on my lunch break… I paid 11.99 for nothing. I just posted pics. you can see that the car is still dirty. and when I complained they acted like I was crazy… once they get your money it’s a wrap. Complete rip off… avoid!!!

Cashier is rude and looks depressed.
Car wash prices are decent and affordable. Not the greatest car wash but it works for a $ 12 wash.
Waiting area is tiny but welcoming with a TV to keep you entertained.

I love this car wash. I always bring my suv here, and they do a great job. I usually come Sunday mornings when it’s not busy. I tip the workers a couple bucks, and they make it extra clean. They have a nice waiting area inside with television, and chairs outside.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean car.

Great service, fair price, everything is done with care, had to point some issues to the staff but those were taken care of on the spot. They’ve once left a leather lotion smudge on my wife’s car, was pretty annoying but still, those guys are pretty great.

I always come to this place cuz the people who actually does the cleaning here are very good and friendly. However, just like what other customers complained here, the front desk person is not very nice. 1^st of Their free card car wash on your 10^th car wash is absolutely not free. it’s only a $ 10 discount off your total amount. Now, don’t get me wrong I don’t expect my service to be free if I do detailing on my car that would normally cost more than $ 100 bucks. Nor do I expect a free car wash if I pick the most expensive package they have. But I expect my regular basic #1 package car wash to be free. That’s what it say on their card «10TH WASH FREE CARD!» Needless to say this card they have that you get stamped every single time you come here is kinda a false advertising. If I understood the card incorrectly as a customer i don’t expect a rude sarcastic response from the front desk person. Especially when on the card it was so unclear and did not say anything about only a $ 10 off discount on your 10^th car wash… so people it’s NOT a free car wash… only $ 10 off!!!
So this is my last time here. I don’t care if it’s the closest one to my place… id rather go somewhere else where people want my business!

I used the drive through car wash and paid $ 7 for a quick wash recently. I had been here before so knew what to expect. However this time my usual wash was a mere 30 seconds and my car was barely washed or clean. Dirt stains were still seen on the one side of my car.
I was hugely disappointed and will not be returning.

The ONLY reason I come here is because it’s very close to my house and they do a decent job for $ 12.
However, this will be my last visit… The cashier is ALWAYS RUDE. Every time I come it’s the same box blonde Armenian woman and she’s always SO RUDE. She should not be in customer service if she hates it so much. After reading other Unilocal reviews it looks like she’s consistently rude to everyone.
Also, if you want to get cash back to tip the workers they charge you $ 0.50. Sadly, on today’s visit they will not be getting a tip because of this. All other car washes I’ve been to never charge for cash back because they know it’s to tip their own guys!
Time to find a new car wash place!

Pros:
Super fast, super affordable, super straightforward. There’s a nice waiting area/​mini mart where you wait (and I only waited 10mins max).
Cons:
I went for the $ 17.99 «premium» wash and the overall cleaning was just OK. There were definitely spots they missed and could’ve spent an extra few minutes getting to.
They did a decent, quick job, but I don’t think I’d go back.

This is an updated review on my recent trip for a car wash. I originally had a 5 stars for the this particular location… Sorry, not sorry for a one star.
I love the guys that work here. They normally always do a great job on my jeep. I don’t think I will bring my car back though… My last trip here end up being the worse! Yes, BLONDE girl at the front! Armine needs to have matter customer service skills. I checked in thru Unilocal,and it stated you get 5% off any detail. I got a mini detail! She said it has to be more than $ 60?! Nowhere on Unilocal does it say that! I know it’s only 5% but, it’s the reason why I got a mini detail averaging at $ 40 after tipping the guys. She then stated that where I checked it wasn’t the location. I know how to read! I know I checked correctly!
The owners need to find another person or they will definitely lose their customers. If the Unilocal check In doesn’t apply to mini details or it’s not longer valid take it Unilocal!!!

been coming here for years! Before the new owners now, took over! They hired a girl named ARMINE! Which I can’t stand one bit. Every single time I come here she has an attitude. I thought it was just me, but I was wrong she give everyone attitude! She is not friendly or doesn’t want to be at work. She normally works Monday-​Friday.
The girl name varduhi is a sweetheart. Always greets you and friendly.
The only reason I give this place a 5 star is because the guys always do a great job!
