Bare Minerals

I love bare minerals .-no question about that. i could buy the product in many places, but i prefer to go here. Marisol is amazing, very helpful, and showed me many new tips and tricks. I didn’t feel she wanted to sell me anything, but gave me real good advice on products i had purchased before. Very knowledgable!

I was so happy today with my experience at this location! I went in not really knowing much about which powder or blush I should be using, and Jules helped me out so much! She was really sweet and very helpful. I’m definitely going to go there next time I need more make up.

These girls have two things to do at their job: 1. Is to be nice to women who walk in and want to checkout/​buy their products 2. Unpack boxes of product. It’s too bad they are only good at one of those things. I’m going to agree with Raquel’s review and say that the representatives of Bare Minerals at this store are incredibly rude– as if the customer is interrupting their ever so important unpacking. I went in to put on some make up, check out some new blush and eyeshadow for a vacation I am very excited about and got shut down by the two big girls working. I said, «thanks for the friendly service» hopefully reminding them of their entire purpose there– to HELP the customer. Gladly walking across the way to saphora where the energy is just so much better. There you have it ladies 2 one star reviews in the last 30 days tells you– just go to a different Bare minerals their products are the same everywhere they’re sold, and you don’t have to deal with the ladies who hate life working behind the counter.

I love Bare Minerals! Ive been a long time customer and have never been disappointed with the product. Surprisingly, I just recently found out about this boutique location, I must have been living under a rock, right? I’m really surprised about some of these reviews and couldn’t disagree more. The first time I came in was a Saturday afternoon and they were pretty busy but I still received a warm welcoming. I was told someone would be right with me and sure enough I had a lovely young lady assisting me within a few minutes. I told her I wanted to try the new foundation and had a lot of questions, she sat me down and proceeded to tell me all about the product before I even asked anything! Any questions I did ask, she had no problem answering. I ended up buying the Bare skin foundation (which is AMAZING!) along with another $ 100 worth of product.
On another trip to my new favorite makeup store I was helped by 2 other employees and they were equally as amazing as the first! It was a little slower so they were both taking the time to talk to me and educate me on some of their other products, mainly skincare this time. Both ladies raved about the new 7 day detox so of course I HAD to get it. All I can say, they did not lie, its definitely something I’m willing to invest in every few months. My skin looks and feels better than ever!
Its such a shame when people take the time to write bad reviews but hardly anyone takes the time to write the good ones. I mean, I can’t imagine anyone coming out of a bare minerals store looking like a clown. All the employees look beautiful and flawless, very natural. Mean girls work here? Nope, not even one. Employee had sleeves rolled passed her hands? Seriously? I was freezing the last time i was in that store, but I suppose they should suffer in order to look «professional».
I love the product, I love this store and I recommend it to everyone!

Went to this store to ask if I could bring my make up students to learn more about Bare Minerals and make some purchases, when I talked to the manager she told me that I should take them across to Sephora instead as they didn’t want to have any scavenger hunt at their location, I just couldn’t believe it, she was very rude.
As I complained to corporate they scheduled a special visit for the 7 students available, which I though was very nice but some of the employees that knew what happened were obviously uncomfortable and not too polite, you could feel it was a very tense situation and they were not happy with us being there.
Will not recommend. Took their advice and I am taking my students to Sephora now.
