This place was amazing. They have been in Cannon Beach for 15 years! They are doing it all right. The massages, the facials, I loved all of it and to top it off you get a coupon for a free truffle. Will most definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage, with a focus on stretching. My lower back and shoulders needed some extra TLC during vacation, and this was exactly what I needed! Excellent customer service as well! Thanks!

I so wanted to give a great review as I was very excited for a girls day at the spa however this was such a disappointment. The massage was lack luster but the facial was a huge let down it was as if the lady had never given one before. There was no where to sit relax between treatments and they didn’t even offer a beverage felt like a strip mall spa experience not a resort town spa.

I have to say that my facial ($ 125) was THE WORST facial I have ever had. The woman barely touched my face and there was ZERO facial massage, zero hand massage and zero shoulder massage. Her head massage was awful– I could hardly wait do her to stop. This person felt like she had no clue what she was doing. She was loud when her hands were off my face and there was never a consistent flow in my facial.
I’ve had several facials in my lifetime and am a licensed aesthetician myself. I will NEVER go back and for what I got was NOT worth the price…$ 125 facial was not well spent :(

My girlfriend and I stopped in for some massages after driving from CA to Cannon Beach. We were pretty torn up by the time we go there. On the way up we scheduled massages to also include some active stretching modalities (usually seen in rehabilitation programs). We both felt like new walking out… for the life of me I can’t remember the names of the people we worked with but two were CMT’s and the third had some specific training in rehabilitation work as well as being a CMT. I would of scheduled the massage for longer had we more time but an hour was all we had. Still the most beneficial hour I have spent on this trip! Well worth a visit.

Enjoyed my manicure and thrilled with the nail art and polish. I asked for waves and she came up with a wonderful polish combination. These were her first wave nails but I’m guessing not her last! I’ll upload a pic so you can see. Looking forward to going back tomorrow for a massage and a foot rebalance. Great friendly group of people.

Paid for deep tissue… received a classic.

On a post Christmas stay in Cannon Beach my boyfriend surprised me with a couple’s massage. When we got there the receptionist was very friendly and after a short wait we were taken back into a very comfortable room.
The massage was FANTASTIC! I had Alana (? I believe that was her name). She was so attentive to the areas I had mentioned were in need of special attention. I would HIGHLY recommend this spa, as well as this masseuse. Loved the place & hope to visit again!
Oh… suggestion — in case you leave your wallet in your hotel room — make sure you have enough cash for an adequate tip. Super foolish error on our part. Those girls deserved more than we had on us… Can I blame stupid vacation mind?

Trudy gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in years. We had a couples massage and both of us received great massages. We called on Monday and got in tuesday am. Loved their arnica lotion for deep tissue. I’ll be back.

Massage was excellent! Denise was super attentive to my needs and the issue I went in for feels soooo much better. I inquired about the Japanese foot spa services and was informed that had changed? Will be back for a massage and possibly a facial.

Linda was amazing! I had a prenatal massage and she used the perfect about of pressure! She was very lovely!

Best massage I have ever had. I have had around 75 massages in my life, but Dawn (the owner) just gave me the greatest massage of my life. I went in with a headache and not feeling well, and she knew all the areas I needed work on. Thank you!
Not to mention they have a chocolate café connected to the spa that is DELICIOUS!

I’ve had the occasional pedicure (when they had them) and foot soak here. This time around, to kick off my vacation, I opted for their «Soft Indulgence» package which includes an hour of aromatherapy massage, full Epionce cleansing and facial, foot soak and hand treatment. Scheduling was almost too easy (probably because I asked for an early-​in-​the-​week appointment. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Great massage by Amy, who has a firm pressure and incorporates great stretches for the hips and legs. Judy is a fantastic esthetician who extracted, exfoliated and massaged my face to a healthy glow. And, I appreciated her not doing the ol’ hard sell of product. She had skincare tips especially for my skin type– how could I tell? She is the first skincare pro that has advised me to avoid scrubs because they aren’t the best for my face and skin type. I plan to go back to pick up one or two of the products she recommended because the results of my treatment have left me looking relaxed and restored (and hopefully on the road to healthier skin!)
Just two nitpicks: 1) I was quickly checked in by the receptionist, but had to ask to serve myself some water that was obviously set-​up for guests in the waiting area. No biggie, but even the hair salon I go to offers water or tea while you wait. and 2) I wanted to purchase some make-​up but the same receptionist gal couldn’t find it. I was an easy sale! Since I’m on vacation and have some time, I told her I’d just come back and check. Maybe someone else on staff knows where their inventory is.
Those two nitpicks aside, I highly recommend Cannon Beach Spa as a solid, relaxing kickoff to a great vacation. The service providers are courteous, professional and know how to help you relax.

I starred this review a 2 due to my latest experience here. I had been here a year ago for a foot soak. That was awesome which is why I wanted to come back.
I ordered a deep tissue massage. I was so excited but the girl never moved from the warm-​up moves into the deep tissue. I chose the hour long one and was hoping to start right in with deep tiasue but the lady kept messing with my hair and jostling my body about. Those moves should be left for the relaxation massages. She did some awesome stretches and had some cool moves so I know the therapist is good but should I have flat out said go deeper? Needless to say the massage I so desperatly needed was a complete disapointment. Is there some code to tell a spa massage therapist that I want deep tissue?

Walked in today and couldn’t even get a hello. The lady was to busy counting change to acknowledge us. I guess she didn’t need our $ 300 today.

We had just gotten married and needed some stress relief now that the big day was over! I had a deep tissue massage that was excellent. I wasn’t so sure it would be good quality — but it most certainly was! I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone!
My husband had the basic swedish massage. I’m not sure of the gal’s name who did his — but she had recently converted from being an aesthetician and talked the entire time. He wasn’t able to relax because she seemed more interested in having a conversation than keeping him on schedule with his massage. His hour massage turned into almost an hour and a half — which is good if you like to talk during your relaxation time (I personally don’t mind) — but that wasn’t what he had in mind… So maybe it’s good to state your wishes to your massage therapist from the beginning about whether you are there to chat or to relax and not talk :) The massage itself he didn’t complain about — so i think that part was fine!

My wife and I walked in just on a whim and we were so glad we did. We were able to get scheduled for massages before heading out to dinner. My LMT Rachel was fantastic. She is very experienced and I probably had the best deep tissue massage I have had in years. My wife also said her LMT (Paula) was great! We would definetely make it a point every time we visit Cannon Beach to schedule a massage session.

Had a wonderful 90 minute massage. The LMT was very, very good, and the spa had an inviting and relaxing ambience. To top it off, make sure you hit the chocolate shop next door and get one of their delicious milkshakes!
