Awesome shop! Little bit of everything.
Went in for flowers… was immediately enveloped with the wonderful aroma of coffee. The cheerful barista made a delicious coffee… just the way I like it.
Lots of gorgeous flower arrangements in the cooler… but their designer was more than happy to make one just perfect for my needs.
Did I say a little bit of everything??? I decided to browse the gift shop while my flowers were being arranged. Great signs for any occasion. Wonderful selection of greeting cards! Even perfume and jewelry.
I have to say… I’ve purchased a lot of flowers… Basketcase prices are spot on. Moderate price, and over the top quality!
My new favorite place on Cannon Beach!

OWNER HAS FRIENDS SENDING NASTY MAIL TO ME AS COMPLIMENTS IN Unilocal. Someone named Melissa S. sent me a nasty message telling that I was doing something suspicious and «to get over my color» and that is why their employee made the accusation. Really. Like you weren’t even there. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Don’t bother going in this store. They have crap merchandise too.
The irony of the name of this store BasketCase is funny. The store is appropriately named. LOL

I’ve had great experiences both times I’ve ordered flowers from this florist! We have family in the area, but live far away — so we’ve ordered flowers and had them delivered twice now, and both times the person on the phone has been friendly, and the flowers have been beautiful!

Totally lucked out with the team at Basketcase. One of the easiest and most beautiful pieces of my wedding, aside from the ceremony itself. I only ordered bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids and they were larger and more gorgeous than I could have imagined. Debbie was friendly, honest and helpful in her email correspondences, and, based on my budget, I did not expect to have those beautiful, amazing bouquets appear on my wedding day. I emailed some photos and Debbie’s team worked their magic with their own creativity. Perfect. I received so many compliments, and one curious family member was impressed with the price I paid, also.

As a bride who only cared about the colors my flowers would be and didn’t want to have to pick each and every kind of flower, I LOVED having the help of Debbie and her staff with our wedding. Not only were my flowers beautiful (they happen to be pictured here as the business photo) but they were exaclty what I wanted. The colors were right on and I didn’t have to be involved in every little decision. I would recommend Basketcase to any bride. Let’s face it, as brides we can be a handful sometimes and Debbie and her staff have the patience and the wedding experience to make things run very smoothly! As an Interior Designer I had very specific requests for my centerpieces and other floral décor and Debbie executed them perfectly. Thank you!!!

Ok, I’m updating this to two stars, not because I’m any happier with the service, but because after 10 days the bouquet still looks beautiful. This update is against Clayton’s wishes: «For $ 275 goddamn dollars the flowers better look pretty.» Clayton is not easily impressed.
