The Bistro at MCCTC is a student operated restaurant located on the campus of the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center. We are open for lunch a portion of the school year (normally November — April) from 10:30 am — 12:30 pm.

This is at the Mahoning County JVS. Enter on far driveway, park and enter in the entrance with all the windows. Anyways…
Open from Sept to April every school year. The menu is outstanding. Only open for lunch from 10:30 to 12:30. The food is outstanding. It is all student staffed. And the interior is white tablecloth.
Prices are unbelievably low for the quality of the food you get. Again, this place is fantastic.
I have taken some pictures of the menu. Get here in the next couple months before they close for the season. You will not regret it. As someone who has eaten from Europe to Asia, I truly give this place five fully earned stars.
Except for the onion soup which does not have cheese melted over the top. Gruyère at best, something tasty and cheesy and chewy at least. DO NOT get the French Onion Soup. I did not like that. But everything else was great!
But again, French Onion soup DO NOT GET!!!
