I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE! Since moving here almost two years ago the«quality» of living has depreciated SIGNIFICANTLY. From paying to live in a «gated community» that has only been secured 30% of the time — the other 70% it’s been broken. In December they decided to increase the rent. January our sprinkler system burst causing water to gush into our apartment, they drug their feet to complete those repairs. The trash compactor is incomptent, I don’t know how many times I’ve driven by to mounds of trash and other debris. The breezeway stays filthy. Filled with spiderwebs, dead bugs and other debris that’s not at all pleasing to the eye. Oh, must I mention. The complex decided to sign an, if my memory serves me well, ten year contract with a media company that provides phone, cable and Internet to the tenants. The cable is thru DirecTv and is horrific! The Internet, I would much rather deal with the frustration of waiting for my AOL dialup to connect. We recently increased our internet speed, for an additional $ 10, in hopes that it would actually enhance our browsing, not so much. I think we would’ve been better off keeping the original speed. If we didn’t pay as much as we pay to stay in this complex, I wouldn’t be as concerned. Oh, they were recently brought out by Waterford Crossing Apartment Homes!

I’ve lived here since 2013. The walls are very thin. I’m so tired of hearing my neighbors walking(sounds more like stomping). I’m tired of calling for them to fix things more than 5 times. The water pressure is better than it was in 2013 but not strong enough. I had to go buy a different shower head just to get better pressure. The weather stripping on the doors are not good and my apt stays cold in the living room bc of this. They need more than one dumpster bc there is always trash sitting on the outside of the dumpster. I could go on and on. For the price that you pay it is not worth it at all. I’ve stayed in better places and I was on section 8 at that time and contrary to popular believe my apt at that time looked just like these and was way nicer. I think they slapped this apts up toooooooo quick. Oh yeah they just switched mgmt. companies(the same as Waterford Crossing apts) and now you can pay your rent online but they charge I think I remember like $ 10 or more to just pay your rent. I think I’ll bring in a check or money order.
