Winkel Carpet & Tile did a phenomenal job on our carpets. We had a few coffee stains, and some liquid ant bait that spilled and hardened up in the carpet. After trying to clean the carpets ourself, not recommended, we called Winkel Carpet and they got it out no problem. Our carpets were a night and day difference compared to what we could do on our own. Brian arrived exactly on time, was very courteous and professional. I will definitely be calling them for our next cleaning!

I have used Winkel carpet cleaning for years at my business. I have an Adult Foster Care Home for the elderly. They spill lots of coffee and juice and they have always gotten all the stains out.
I had a coupon for a different company once and there was no comparison! The stains all came back once the carpet dried.
I had them clean my house today and am so happy they do a wonderful job! If you want a professional and courteous company then give them a call I think you will be happy!

Before we moved to Portland, we used the same carpet cleaning company for over 30 years. When it was time to have our carpets cleaned, we were skeptical and were sure that we could not find the same type of company that we previously had… one that cared about YOU and your carpets.

This was the first time I’ve gotten my carpets cleaned, and figured I would try this place since I had a Groupon.
I had them clean the tile in my shower, and it looked fantastic afterward. SO much cleaner than I could do it. I was even told how the process worked and everything.
As for my carpets, they came out clean, so that’s a good sign. I have a couple stains in my carpet that they said they had never seen before, and we tried a couple treatments, but they just couldn’t get it out. They suggested bleaching and recoloring which sounded expensive – might be cheaper to replace the carpet.
One thing that kind of bugged me, but maybe all carpet cleaners do this, is that when the room was being measured (it was not a regular four-​walled room), I was charged for space that wasn’t being cleaned (fireplace, walls that round corners, etc. Also, when the cleaner first came into my home, he had his shoes on and didn’t put on the shoe coverings until later.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I even got a little gift baggy at the end of it!
