Willamette Falls Urgent Care

I took my son here tonight for a cut above his eyebrow, the nurses were very professional and nice, the «doctor» whom I found out later wasn’t even a doctor, was very unprofessional. She not only glued my son’s eye partially shut with super glue, but tried to pry it open with the stick end of the cue tip. She’s was getting agitated when unable to open a package on 2 different occasions in the same visit. She then wanted to cut his eye lashes off to free the eye. After I stopper her from doing that I closely inspected his eye and say it was not glued on the lash, but between the 2 lids. She was saying it was his fault for crying while gluing his eyebrow and made it a point several times that atleast she «prevented him further injury» by gluing his brow shut. I expect much more when I take my children to a hospital. I honestly could have done a 100% better job doing it with elmers glue at home, but I pay to see my children get the best care. I am very disappointed.
Do not subject yourself to the care of Alyssa. She is a nice enough lady, but needs to go back to school before she goes to work on another person. I regret taking my son here and wish I would have just gone to the Willamette Falls in Oregon City. I’m questioning why this woman was even working on my son’s eye when there was an actual doctor on duty, whom I know first hand does a great job. Other staff was great, but I will never allow this woman to care for my kids again.
