Established in 2014.
Just opened a smoking bbq joint in down town canandaigua. Smoking meats daily offering brisket, ribs, pork, turkey, and chicken. We also offer fresh made southern classic sides and locally know dishes.

Business Owner
20+ years as a classically trained chef, degree from Paul Smiths and the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris France with an externship at Sancerre De La Tour in Sancerre France. Had an opportunity to purchase an existing «Hots» restaurant and put a chefs twist on the place to include smoked bbq and other «plate» options.
