History

Established in 1987.

Tom became a Loan Officer in 1987 after working as an Appraiser for two years.

He owned his own brokerage from 1999 until 2004 when he joined forces with SVC Funding.

In July 2015 he moved to the GMCC Team in Cupertino as a Mortgage Banker and Correspondent Lender.
