You never appreciate your computer until it stops working. And then when your back up fails, you really panic. The guys at team logic are professionals. They get it and more importantly, they are calm and knowledgable. They talked me off the ledge, recovered all my data (including years worth of photos) and helped me get things back in order. They have excellent follow through and I would definitely recommend them.

Walther and the Team at TeamIT Logic really helped me with my troubled laptop, a tool I use when I’m servicing customers and working remotely. I could not get my computer to turn on and my quickbooks which I needed for my taxes were on it. I called Walter Edmondson in panic and though I was busy when he called, he showed up to my office and fixed my computer while I was in a meeting. I came out and realized my life was back in order. Very helpful and responsive. Team Logic IT has been available by phone for troubleshooting, and used remote access, but have not hesitated to come over if the issue was not quickly resolved. I will continue to use them whenever the need arises with supreme confidence.
My first use was recovering information off a hard drive that got confused going from mac to PC (not supposed to do that) after Apple was unable to help me. They also helped me set up computer file sharing without having to do a server. They are able to meet all my computer needs.

TeamLogic IT manages the IT for the retail business I own. Even more importantly, in my opinion, they stay on top of our stuff, proactively updating, backing up, and generally making sure we are running well. I have used Walter Edmondson and TeamLogic IT on numerous occasions to fix my home and work computers. They fixed numerous problems, including tuning up my home PC to run faster, repairing my laptop that wouldn’t print, fixing Outlook that wouldn’t index, etc. They used a remote access program so I didn’t even need to bring my computers to their shop. I felt their fees were very reasonable based on the value they delivered. I highly recommend them for any issues with computers. They are top notch on my list.

I am a local business owner. I was so tired of the BS you get when calling these tech guys to fix my computer. I had 2 qualified guys work on my computer with no success. I had a virus in my computer that was driving me crazy. In walks a rep. from Team LogicIT out and about dropping off flyers. At first I was hesitant but they left me two messages and I decided what heck I will try them. I stopped by their office. The office was not a retail place at all. At first I was a little scared leaving my computer with these guys but I did because I got a sense they were honest. Well guess what they fixed it and my computer was so loaded with viruses they enjoyed the challange. They offered the first hour for free. One more thing they dropped off my computer when it was finished because I couldn’t get away from my office. These guys were great I feel like if I have any issues I have someone I can trust.
