Go ahead to use Stewart Title ans asking for Marisela Rodriguez if you have money to burn.
She and her assistant Jenny Ma just cost our company big money not following the closing instruction. She insisted has followed the closing instruction and when we pointed out then she she start arguing about the instruction. It’s very unprofessional and we will never want to do business or recommend business with her ever.

Buying and selling a home is never an easy thing. Going through escrow is one of those things that makes you truly an adult. Luckily the streamlining of certain legal fare can be done in various methors. Ive had mobile notaries help me coming to my office before but this time it was easier to just hit a local office. Got some title papers, deeds and what not notarized. They explained every section clearly and carefully and I was out in about 45 minutes. Boom done.
