Mohammed has the most gentle voice and the kindest customer service. It just makes me smile. I needed blueprints /​construction drawings copied and scanned to PDF. I dropped in Tuesday morning and he was able to accommodate my request in less than 20 minutes. I was the rude one answering my cell, yet he was very understanding ^_​_​_​^ will definitely come back and use their printing services. Next to Hash House!

Just went in for some last-​minute scans/​copies of architectural drawings. Mohammed was clearly very busy, but happily accommodated my request.
Not only was he genuinely kind to me, the way he spoke with the customer before me, as well as his employee was a kind of management I rarely see these days.

The work he did was fast, accurate and more importantly AFFORDABLE!
NEVER again do business with KINKO’S/ Fed Ex while SFO Repographics is an option.

This place is great. They have most — if not all — of the modern printing equipment you need for just about every project you can throw at them. They really understand their business and work hard to get you exactly what you need, quickly. Keep up the great work.

I was quoted a verbal price on prints and was later charged 40% over that.
The employees (family) and the owner gave me such a hard time and refused to
charge me what was originally verbally quoted. All employees essentially comforted me along with the owner when I brought this matter up. They made me feel out numbered and very uncomfortable so I left, I’ve dealt with printers all my life but never felt so disrespected as a paying customer and oblivious they have no concept on how they should conduct business. Never will return. A warning be sure to first get sure to get a written quote from them better yet go somewhere else for your printing business.
