I’m not at all happy with their after sales service. Don’t buy anything that needs maintenance!

My apartment’s roller blind (installed by another contractor) was broken. I checked the manufacturer ‘s web site and found out that Screen Solutions is an authorized dealer. Called them on a Saturday afternoon (not even supposed to be open). But the owner Steve answered the call. After explaining to him about the problem, he asked me to bring it in and he might be able to fix it. Sure enough, Steve found out that the connector was broken and quickly replace it. Best yet, the repair was free! Steve is an honest man and he will definitely get my business in the future. Thank you, Steve!

I just had my new Phantom screens installed and I am so HAPPY. From start to finish screen solutions acted professionally, everything they promised happened. No delays, no «ah well that now won’t work», no «oh I don’t know why the salesman say that cause I can’t do that».
We were recommended by a person who had the phantom screens already. We have a high end custom home and we care about the look, fit and quality. Screen solutions offers phantom screens and it is so worth it. From start to finish was a quality job. I will recommend them every time someone mentions screens. The installer who came out was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up after he was finished. He worked quickly and efficiently and was on time. You can tell they care about the quality of their own workmanship.

They are SO easy to do business with. Inquired about a repair via email, Debbie responded almost immediately with pricing and the first available day to schedule it.
We weren’t going to be here, but since it’s an exterior door, they said they’d just work on it that day and email us an invoice. The work was done when we got back in town.
When the invoice came today, I called and gave them my credit card number immediately, because it seemed only fair to be as nice to them as they were to us.

The combination of professionals that know their job along with superb customer service makes this company truly unique. We have lived in the valley since 1975 and
have had occasion to use Screen Solutions many times. Whether we needed a new screen or were having minor trouble with one that had been installed… they were
accommodating and fair. We recently needed a repair very quickly for a «minor wrinkle»
and were told they were sorry, but the next appointment was one week away… our daughter and family were coming from Boston the very next day and I begged to go on a cancellation list…
They were able to come out that afternoon and couldn’t have been kinder… they fixed the problem, but, then stayed to make it even better…
So many companies that one does business with either don’t come when they say they will or seem «put out» that you need them… this company goes «above and beyond the call» …I don’t know enough superlatives for them… wish there were six stars…
Debbie is fabulous… she really seems to care about what her customer needs…
and David and Dominic were fabulous as well.

I chose this company because they are known for completing prior work in my condo complex. Next time, I will be more proactive and price shop!!! My screen door is just fine. Service received throughout the process is another story. The installation was a two part installation. Due to a vacation, I was away for the second part and was able to arrange to have someone supervise completion. Prior to leaving, I wrote a check for the amount I was quoted over the phone for the job. Upon returning, I found an invoice for $ 100 less than the quoted amount. Yahtzee! Money back I thought. It was a weekend, but I called and followed up nonetheless. I was told I would hear back from someone the following Monday and that the issue would be resolved. I did not hear back. I called Wednesday morning. Call me a pessimist, but unfortunately I am not surprised by the lack of follow through, and the fact that I am not getting $ 100 back, regardless of their outright mistake on the invoice. I was also not provided with any warranty information and had to request that over the phone. Since I do not have it in writing, and based on this experience, I can only mildly hope that Screen Solutions holds up to the warranty information I was quoted over the phone.

We recently installed Phantom Screen by them and were very pleased with the service.
They came to install at our house and was very professional. Highly recommend them.

Did my home work and choose Screen Solutions. There are MANY brands to choose from. Took a chance with Phantom and so far very pleased. The gentleman Mike who came out was a quality guy and Debbie at the front desk was professional. So far all is good and I like my screen!

Love my phantom/​legacy screen doors! These are very classy/​high-​end looking and sooo much better than having an unsightly screen distracting from an otherwise gorgeous wood door. Ordering and install was pretty quick– within a couple weeks and it only took an hour or so to install. The customer service was fantastic, too, from Debbie who took my order and answered my various follow up questions to the installer. Highly recommended!

We have recently completed a big re-​landscape of both our front and back yard. One of the last things we did was to add phantom screens to the back porch. Of everything that we did, an outdoor kitchen, covered dining room, in ground trampoline– I am most excited about my new screens!!! They are amazing, super easy to use, especially for the kids, and look wonderful with the style of the yard. You hardly notice they are there, except they keep all of the bugs out of our house.
I would highly recommend Screen Solutions, they are professional, helpful and a great company to do business with.

I was referred to this company and was excited to find someone who might help shade my solarium. However, I never got the chance to find out if they could help me because they were so unresponsive. We had a quick phone call and agreed I would send pictures. When they didn’t call me back, I asked them again if they could help and their response was how big is your budget! When I asked them to propose a solution, I never heard back. I guess they are more interested in how much they can make, rather than helping people.

I had retractable double-​door screens installed by Screen Solutions (made by Phantom Screens). I’m writing this immediately after installation, so I haven’t used the screens much yet, but I’m very happy with Screen Solutions.
I recently bought a house that has double out-​swing doors (French doors), and I didn’t even know if I’d be able to find a good screen for them. Perhaps my situation is more common than I think, as Screen Solutions have a showroom that showed exactly what I needed.
My first reaction was to balk slightly at the price, but here’s how I look at it now. Firstly, Screen Solutions charges a bit less than the price estimates given on the Phantom Screens website. Secondly, you can buy Phantom Screens from Lowe’s for about 60% of the full professional installation price, but with major caveats: figuring out exactly what you need is already a huge challenge, and if you read the reviews, most people were unhappy because most people had installation issues.
After arriving at my house, it look Screen Solutions about an hour to customize the screens to my door, and then about half-​an-​hour to install them. And the screens look and feel great. I’m sure I could get the hang of the installation process after a few dozen doors, but the chances that I would have much success with the very first door is quite low, and it would probably take me all day. Not to mention that just knowing what the options are to know what options to choose would be daunting.
So, I’m quite happy with the professional installation. They came out the day after I called to make the appointment. Everything went smoothly and professionally.
