The new branch manager Christopher Genetti is very helpful, conscientious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys, his staff, this office and this company for trades, information and account consolidation!~ Great job guys!

Started my account 6 months ago.
Everyone is caring, friendly in there. You can call during hours and expect a response pretty quickly, they answer all your questions and there’s no pressure to buy this or that.
Good prices for trades. Only con is how long it takes to withdraw, unless you have one of their free bank accounts linked.
Overall, I like them. I’d give 4.5* if I could.
–½ star for the difficulty in withdrawing without their bank account (either mailed check or $ 25 fee wire).

I walked in and met with Tony the branch manager. I wanted to invest in some stocks and not having much of an idea what I was getting into he patiently spoke with me, answered all my questions and even walked me through the process. Great guy they have at the Campbell Office.

I have had good experience with them and would recommnd them.

I cant say too much about the branch itself since I’ve only been here a few times.
The workers here are cool and laid back. Their store hours are good since they open really early. They have been helpful the times I’ve called. Once I needed help unlocking my account and the worker was able to verify me over the phone.
Scottrade itself is ok. I don’t like how they charge you extra for any trade that is under $ 1/​share. They say they don’t promote day trading and I think that’s why they charge you more. I like that the minimum you need to start trading is $ 500. I dislike that it takes so long to transfer money, even though your bank account has been linked. I do like their low fees ($ 7 per trade). E-​Trade charges $ 8+, but they don’t charge extra for penny stock trades.
Once I’m ready to sell I will most likely take my money elsewhere since I want to try penny stocks.

The policies of this company frustrate me. It’s not so much the staff. The Staff is ready to help.
I ordered some checks that came free with opening the account. I was told they would arrive in about 6 – 8 weeks. Seemed kind of ridiculously long. It was and they never came.
I ended up calling the store to complain about my missing checks and Daniel offered to have the checks sent to branch where I could pick them up. The checks arrived in a week and I picked them up with out hassle

I used to live in milpitas by the other branch but this is where I opened up my account. The friendly familiar faces have me coming back.
