I am at least giving 2 stars because the installation guys were nice. The sales person (John) promised us the world then when you actually place your order seemed he was just trying to make a deal. Buying the windows included a free door installed, up to a value of $ 400 and free installation, turns out the installation of the door was $ 200 and the value of the door had to be less than $ 300, everything was extra money. I wanted grating on the sliding glass door and that was extra money, which I was not told by John until I put the order in. I have security bars on the window that the previous owner had installed and John said «no problem, we will remove and either put them back on or leave them off, whatever you want», well that turned out to be extra too ($ 25 per window). The salesperson was just telling us what we wanted to hear, even told us of a situation where the customer didn’t like the windows after a few weeks of installation and his boss replaced them for free… doubt that!!! The only thing they made good on all the promises was the door, they charged us $ 200 to install but let us go up to $ 450 on the door, we went to $ 395 and the installer put the door handle on incorrectly !!! After all this trouble and stress the manager promised us a $ 150 refund check for our inconvenience and for being so patient, well we haven’t seen that check and it has been about 6 mos since installation. I am still not 100% satisfied, the installers didn’t even clean the windows and had caulk on them from installation that was very hard to remove, there are even some marks I couldn’t. Why we still kept our business with them is a good question! I wish we didn’t!
