He’s passed so I won’t speak on him personally, but professionally I’d give him negative stars if I could. Total quack. Sad to say in a desperate state of mind to do anything for my dog he talked me into bogus treatment. The treatment did not help my dog and he fleeced me because I was willing to do anything for my dog. Then he referred me to another swindler — Bark Busters. Sad that there is people that take advantage of others.

I was so sorry to just now read of Dr. McCalls passing. He was a great guy. He kept our yorkie from dying of cancer for many years after other vets had given him only weeks to live. When he did pass on, it was not from cancer. When we moved out of the area to Southern California we called him many times for his advice and help with other pets.

Dr. Walter McCall’s holistic vet practice was located in Campbell for many years. Dr. McCall passed away on March 2, 2013.
He touched the lives of hundreds of people and their pets, giving them hope when there seemed to be none. I was one of those people. Back in 1989 when all the conventional vets told me my dog, Boogie, was gong to die, Dr. McCall brought life back into her with his holistic approach and she lived healthfully until October of 1992. His caring and commitment to the animals was amazing, and he will be greatly missed.
