Marvelous Nails & Spa

Literally just left. I could not wait to write a glowing review. I came in embarrassed with the full set I had only just gotten 8 days prior. They were lifting, uneven and just bad. Tony fixed that no problem. I’m no longer embarrassed to show off my newly engaged finger. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Walked in and was immediately helped ! Oanh did amazing job on my pedicure !! Cindy did an awesome job on my acrylic French Tip. Great customer service ! I’m new to the area so I’m glad I found this place ! Definitely will be back !

What can I say I love this place ! From the cleanliness to the wonderful customer service. The new owner the young hot looking chick is wonderful. I love her she is so sweet and does a wonderful job. My feet can get pretty rough and she does a excellent job cutting all my rough cuticles and smoothing out my calluses. Thank you so much !!!

I was going to this place for years as they were good and welcomed walk ins. Unfortunately this has changed. I can no longer get in without an appt. Maybe they need to hire more weekend help as this is super disappointing. I ended up trying another nail salon in campbell called Zen and so far so good. They meet my nail needs with extra perks including snack and water.

Cindy did a great job on our nails. We had accidentally provided the wrong information on what type of service we wanted, and although there was only person doing acrylic nails, they still worked on 3 different sets and stayed past their closing time! very friendly, the friendliest place I have been to.

I don’t know why there are two listings for Marvelous. Look at the other one that has 30 reviews, with the Suite C location.
I wrote an earlier very positive review that was actually for Marvelous Nails in its previous incarnation. That review shows up at the other listing. I am a guitarist for whom a good set of nails on my playing hand is a professional necessity.
In 2014 the business changed hands. The new management completely remodeled the place, making it much more open, spacious and clean.
I had been very wary of the change in management last year. As a guitarist with very specialized manicure needs for my right hand nails. I had been so happy to discover Marvelous Nails and the previous owner Leslie, who was fantastic at her job. So when the place changed hands, I was on edge.
I could not be happier with the new management and performance of Marvelous Nails. Cindy, the new owner and chief manicurist, is actually better at addressing the particular needs I have for my nails for performing on the guitar. She is always professional, quick, and easy to communicate with.

I’ve been here before and they did a really good job on my mani pedi but I just pulled up at 6:15 PM and they’re closed with no sign of life inside. They close at 7 on weekdays. Lame! This place just got bumped down a notch in my book.

Clean, relaxing and spacious. I love getting my nails done here. The ladies here are true professionals in this business. I believe in paying for what you get and you may pay more but you will get your money’s worth. My nails are always done exactly how I like and my pedicures are excellent with Mai. I live in SJ but drive here because I know it’s worth it. They are located in a shopping center so there’s always parking close by.

I saw a sign that this place was under new management so thought I’d give it a try. The lady that did my pedicure was super thorough and took a lot of time massaging my feet. To top it off, it was only $ 20 for the spa pedicure. I’m definitely coming back. Place was pretty clean too and not too long of a wait on Friday around 5p. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Marvelous Nails for about 8 years. Leslie (sits in the front first station) does my nails. She is amazing! I am very picky with my nails and in the past I have found it hard to find anyone who can do my nails exactly how I want them. After going to Leslie a few times she knew exactly the style and look I wanted and has yet to disappoint me. The pedicure services are also exceptional. They use a warm rock method on your legs and feet which is very relaxing and soothing. I would recommend Marvelous Nails to anyone!

Dirty! Stay away! Went for a pedicure. She tried to use the same tools just used on someone else. I said something and she got angry. I left but feet had been soaking. I now have athletes foot.

Hidden gem near my parents home! Prices are definitely competitive and they spent quite a bit of time on massaging and making sure my pedi was perfect! I will definitely be coming back here when I visit my parents.

Nice people. Sometimne there is a wait but worth it to my wife and i for the price.

I was happy from the manicure I had received by an older lady, she did a good job, the place look disorganized it was Sunday and no towel, no soap she had to bring a towel, brush and soap. Maybe they were too busy??? I will come here again, I go to «Pinky nails» but this is closer to my home.

I’ve been going to Marvelous Nails for over a little over 2 years now and enjoyed every visit! Leslie does an amazing job on my manicures and pedicures. She spends a lot of time on my nails to make sure that I am happy with the outcome. She is very experienced and passionate about what she does and always takes good care of me when I come in! On my last visit Leslie advised me to try a new nail polish that they just received in store, the OPI SHATTER nail polish by Katy Perry. It was awesome! I got many compliments on the nail design from friends and co workers. Clean nail salon, great customer services, good pricing– what more can you ask for!

My awesome mother in law has been going to Leslie for over 10 years. She follows her wherever she goes. She introduced me to this place and I have loved it ever since. I get my gel refill here and my pedi. They really listen to what you want and if I don’t know what I want, I can trust the ladies to just do whatever they would like with my nails.

Marvelous? Not even close!!!
Walk-​ins Welcome? Sure, but be warned that they won’t tell you that it’ll be more than an hour to wait (even though the place is nearly empty, and there are several employees chatting in the back.)
My daughter wanted a full set of white tip w/​gel. ($ 27) She was immediately escorted to a nail station, and work began. Meanwhile, I was escorted to a spa chair for my pedicure. The water was turned on, and I was left to figure out how to turn on the massage features myself — no biggie… it wasn’t difficult. The water was really hot… but ok for me. After about 10 minutes of soaking in plain water, a pedi-​tech came over and dumped a scoop of blue salts into the water and said she was just finishing another client (the ONLY other) and that she’d be over in a few minutes. Ok, works for me. I return to my magazine. About 5 minutes later, my daughter comes over and sits in the chair next to me. «Finished already?», I ask. «Nope. She’s gotta take care of someone else first.»
Weird. She stops my daughter’s nails in the middle to work on someone else.
Fast forward 30 minutes. My pedi-​tech returns, finally — just when I was about to walk out, even though my daughter is only half done. I get the worst pedicure of my life. My toenails are short and stubby — filed below the quick on two nails — OUCH! The tech rubbed a hot stone on the bottom of each foot for about 10 seconds each, and even dropped the stone on the floor between feet. GROSS! The french paint job is mediocre, at best. My daughter has now returned to finish getting her nails done, and I’m waiting for paint to dry.
We paid and left. In the parking lot, I asked to see the new nails. They are uneven, not the same length, and full of bubbles and pits. There is also a ton of filing debris and jagged edges from bad/​incomplete filing, as well as two spots on the cuticle where the tech filed skin until it bled. I even noticed that on both thumbs, the incorrect tip size was applied, so there are weak points where the nail meets the tip.
We went back in and I asked the nail tech to smooth them out. She actually had the nerve to tell me that this is how they are supposed to be!
Why, OH WHY did we go here? I should have waited for an available slot at Hollywood Nails on Bascom, where everything would have been perfect!
Pedicures are $ 18, and french is an additional $ 8. SO NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, RUDE STAFF AND POOR WORKMANSHIP!
Save your fingers and toes and go somewhere else!!!

I have to say, I’m sorely disappointed in this place. I love getting myself pampered, and havn’t had my nails done in awhile, so when my friend invited me to come along with her to her nail salon, I was all in!
Mistake. While the lady who did my toes was very kind and did a fabulous job taking her time and listening to my every request, the woman who did my hands, Leslie, was awful.
This place was highly reccommended to me by a good friend, and she spoke very highly of Leslie and has been going here forever, but I feel like my lack of connection with Leslie is what caused her to do such a poor job. She took forever doing my friend’s nail set, and making them look fabulous, but she hardly took any time with me. After 2 days my nails already started lifting, and after a week they’ve begun to chip and lift almost completely.
I’d much rather go to Campbell Nails across the street, where everyone is nice, and everyone does a great job.
Also, I don’t think the place is very clean, after the woman finished with my toes she used the SAME TOOLS without sterilizing them for the woman after me!!! HOW GROSS!!!
Won’t be back.

1) Pedicures are not all that great here.
Didn’t feel really relaxed, the lady rushed thru it, and didn’t even put
enough lotion to massage my feet — while the woman next to me,
got a great foot massage during her pedicure.
2) Gel Full Set — Leslie, cut my original nail too short, and the gel was
extremely short, looks like I have baby nails now.

the ladies there give a great pedicure, with a niiiiiiiice massaaaage!

I went here on a Tuesday morning with 2 of my girlfriends and we were helped immediately. My friends got basic manicures ($ 10 each), while I got a French manicure and pedicure with additional art ($ 26 for mani/​pedi, +$ 3 for French hands, +$ 4 for toe art).
Though I had never gotten my nails done before, I was impressed with the quality of the work. All of my fingernails are extremely even, and my hands and feet feel so well-​groomed from the accompanying massage & lotion. I am tickled by the intricate flowers on my big toes, as well.
This place is clean and the women are pleasant, if a bit difficult for me to understand at times. I would go back, though probably with friends again.
