Specialties

Do you remember your first Kirk’s Steakburger? We still prepare the Steakburgers the same way founders Bill and Kirk did back in 1948. We still cook your steakburger to order over charcoal (YES. Even Rare), and you still get to add your own condiments, select from our signature french fry combo’s, and enjoy our great home-made milkshakes.

Kirk’s will celebrate 60+ years with two Silicon Valley locations in Palo Alto and Campbell. We look forward to continuing to serve you and providing you with the award-winning, world famous Kirk’s Steakburger.

Thank you for your continued customer loyalty to Kirk’s Steakburgers.

We’ll see you soon.

History

Established in 1948.

The original owners Bill and Kirk Sincere opened there first location in

Palo Alto Ca in 1948. The second location in Campbell Ca in 1951 and the third shortly after in Cupertino Ca. They came up with a special blend of meat patties and charbroiled them over coal. There signature pineapple burger was a big success and still a top seller. The meat is purchased from the same vendor, same specifications and its ground and delivered fresh every day.

Meet the Business Owner

Julian M.

Business Owner

The landmark restaurant was purchased February 2014 and is now owned and operated by J. Mollo and Son“s Inc Holding Company. They are the third owners in 66 years of the famous Kirks Steak Burgers Restaurant. The Mollos intend to update and modernize the institution to modern day standards. The burgers and special blend of meat will still be charbroiled over coal exactly like it has for the last 66 years just like Bill and Kirk did since 1948.
