Called James to get a quote on some home demo debris. He answered right away and asked me to text pics so he could give a more accurate quote. We scheduled the pick up for a couple days later and he and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. They worked non stop until everything was loaded. Everything was loaded very efficiently to make sure they could take as much as possible. They cleaned up the area, secured the load and were gone in a couple of hours. They were very pleasant, professional and just plain got the job done. I can’t thank them enough, as they allowed my contractors to focus on my house, not debris. Great job, reasonable price, I’ll definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Wow! Awesome service! Contacted them and left a message Saturday evening and they got back to me immediately with a quote and schedule and said they could pick it up Monday before noon and that’s exactly what they did. And they take everything large or small. Simple, quick, and very reasonable prices too. Will definitely be using them for future jobs.

Called James to get a bid on removing some junk I had. All I had to do was send him a couple of pictures, he gave me a price. The next day he showed up at the agreed upon time and took it all away. He is very professional and I will definitely be letting my friends and neighbors know about his great business!

these guys are amazing. I called this morning and they came the same day. I had sooo much junk in my backyard. 4 couches, 2 mattresses, a large fish tank, a futon, bar stools, old pillows, boxes of randomness, old lawn chairs, etc. they fit all of it in their truck. Their price was great too compared to a lot of places I called. $ 325. Would highly recommend!

I read the reviews of James Junk Removal and decided to call him for a quote (as well as one other well reviewed local Hauling service). I left James a voicemail on a Monday morning. He called me back w/​in 15minutes, and made time that afternoon to come to my house to take a look at what I wanted hauled away and provide me with a quote. His quote was HALF the price of the other person I called (who also came out to see what I needed removed).
I called James the next day and asked to get on his crew’s schedule, he booked me for two days later… it ended up raining that day, so he came the next day.
His crew showed up ½ hour earlier than scheduled (with advance notice via text), they hauled everything away in less than 40minutes AND Took a few more things than I had originally asked.
They left my side yard (where all our debris was) SPOTLESS… VERY IMPRESSED. They shoveled everything away and even swept up the dust and dirt left…
My neighbor asked if they had extra room in their trailer for a few items she had, and they made the time right then and there to pick up her stuff too.
James and his crew are outstanding. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone! Reliable, On time (if not early), quick moving and very tidy! Super impressed. I’ll definitely be calling James’ Team again for our next big debris removal!!!

James answered the phone late in the evening and was willing to schedule work the following morning. He and his guy showed up at the time he said he would show up. I called James and another junk removal service listed from Unilocal and decided to go with James due to his quicker response time. He arrived on time and hauled away the junk in no time. Was courteous & his fees were very competitive.

James sent his crew to not only clear accumulated junk from my side-​yard, but to also deconstruct a 20 year old father-​son clubhouse construction project that had morphed into a storage shed. This was no easy task and they handled the job efficiently and quickly, with humor and a great attitude. Communication was awesome, the price was fair, they were right on time, I highly recommend these guys for the job!

Called James yesterday evening, he offered to come around same evening but the following morning worked better for me. He said 9.30am and he arrived at 9.30am with a truck and another guy, they loaded everything up quickly and easily, 12 mins later they are gone. Great service, great price, good guys. Definitely recommend them and will use them again when I sort out the next load of junk!

Quick service

In today’s world, I find it amazing when two or more people agree on anything. It was one of the motivating factors when I selected James Junk Removal. The reviews were all five stars… NO WAY… no one is that perfect or good. Well, folks, I am here to tell ya… yes, he is. Everything that was in the prior reviews was right on the money!!! He was (E) all above: reasonable, right on time, extremely courteous, etc., etc. THANK YOU JAMES!!!

James was polite, efficient and flexible when I changed the time on him 2x! He even helped get a large bathtub out of the house. I was very impressed with how quick he and his helper were and how happy we are to get this junk off the property. Thank you James!

These guys are awesome. We had TONS of junk from our garage, shed, backyard cleanup. I called the dumpster rental people and they were charging $ 425 for the smallest dumpster at 10 yards! And you still had to do all the work of dumping your junk in the container. I called James and he gave me a very reasonable quote, WAY under the $ 425, and they do ALL the work! We were more than satisfied with their service. It took them an hour to finish bc we had a lot of junk. I highly recommend these guys for your junk removal needs!

This is the 2^nd time I’ve used them, this time for a hot tub removal.
They arrived on time, and it removed in no time. And I had them add a few other items in the haul — no problem.

They showed up at my house right after I removed a suspended ceiling in my garage. There was a lot of junk sitting outside, and I hadn’t even gotten around to calling anyone to haul it. They offered to haul the junk a decent price, gave me a card so I could find them on Unilocal first, then picked up the junk on following day, then collected fees for the haul the day after that. Completely seamless. I’ll be calling these guys next time I need them!

James is as good as it gets! It was moving day and we realized we had more than we could dump (no pun intended). After a quick search on Unilocal,we found James. He answered right away and was able to come to our home within an hour. He is professional, polite, punctual and very accommodating. Within 40 minutes he had removed unwanted items from our garage and throughout our home. He is truly a moving day miracle worker and I will highly recommend him to friends and family.
