Tim P.

Business Owner

Tim Penick, President and Founder of ERG, has been instrumental in building and overseeing multi-​million dollar consulting practices in the Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. He offers over 20 years of focused experience supporting projects in the high technology arena for R&D engineering and the IT software consulting industry. In addition to his executive oversight role, Tim is directly involved in business development and «world class» service delivery.

Prior to establishing ERG, Tim held numerous positions including Branch and District Manager with responsibility for business development and management of the different lines of business for the Northern California region. He also served one year as a Chairman’s Board member for a previous employer where he was involved in strategy of a $ 1.2 billion multinational engineering services organization.

Tim holds a B.S. in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the California State University, Chico.
