I’ve known Michael for several years now and frankly am surprised that i didn’t write this review earlier. His experience and value that he brings to the table is second to none. He has been a trusted adviser for my family and my closest friends (I’ve introduced several). I recently referred another friend of mine for an engagement ring and he was 100% satisfied.

BEWARE! Stay Away, unless you want to lose your precious family heirlooms. I left a pair of ruby earrings for repair and 10 days later I discovered this man is a FRAUD. The earrings I picked up were missing the original Ruby Stones. He had actually replaced them with pink plastic crap! As if I wouldn’t NOTICE! What an INSULT! He has caused me so much anguish and heartache… and all because of his greed and dishonesty. I tried to get my rubys back but he said «you cannot prove that I stole them.» He obviously knows exactly how to scam vulnerable, trusting people. KARMA will come back to you one day! I only added the star because I had to… this shop owner deserves zero stars. He needs to reconsider his actions because they are very HURTFUL!

Chique has a great selection and an owner that is all about customer service. Found this place on Unilocal a year ago and can confirm that Michael is someone you can feel very comfortable doing business with. Latest purchase was a custom designed anniversary ring that turned out beautiful. Highly recommend.

Chique Jewelry is a great place to shop for a variety of jewelry. I got my wedding ring here and also had my antique watch fixed. Mike and his watchmaker give excellent service at reasonable prices, and the selection of merchandise is interesting and stylish. I would definitely come here first before looking at other stores.

I’ve switched all my Jewelry shopping to Chique. Michael is great to work with: friendly, creative and honest. He has many of his own creations that are beautiful and unique. He has offered to rush me special orders, and to work extra hours to meet my (often last minute) deadlines. Customer for life!

I had three of my diamond gold rings downsized here. The work was done within a week. And all three rings turned out well. Thank you for your great work. I will sure be back to fix or size my jewelry.

I dropped into this place by chance (after leaving The Jewel Box — 2 doors down — very unhappy about the lack of service). What a delightful discovery! I had seen this store for years when walking around downtown Campbell, but had never dropped in.
I went in to purchase a fine, white gold chain for my Movado diamond pendant. The design of the pendant requires the loop to be cut off the chain, then then chain has to be threaded through the pendant, and then the loop soldered back on. The jeweler was very thoughtful and helpful in suggesting something that would work beautifully. His pricing was fair and service is quick.
While there, I took the opportunity to wander around and look in the cases. I was so happy to see some really interesting pieces, many vintage and classically beautiful. Lots of beautiful stones and settings. I will definitely be back, and encourage others who want GREAT service, fair prices, and no trendy, mass manufactured jewelry to stop in.

Michael is an amazing jeweler and more importantly a great creative artist. There is absolutely ZERO reason that anyone should go to any other jewelry store — whether independent or a natl chain — my thanks to you and the store for a truly unique piece of custom jewelry that is beyond compare!!!

Brought my pearl ring here after I lost the pearl. The jeweler (didn’t get his name) had pearls in stock, immediately found one that fits, and set it into the ring in a few days, charging me literally 3 times less than another jewelry store in town had quoted me. Just got my ring back, beautiful and polished, with a new pearl. I’m happy.

I went into this place looking at getting my ring appraised as well as getting two small stones replaced. The price was amazing and Michael was very professional and helpful. He had my ring done in 3 days!
If you are looking for good work and a great price this is the place to go!

While I was visitng from out of town; I walked into this store & I was greeted by Mike, who was very friendly, professional & courteous. I saw a pendant (a letter initial) & I had been searching for the perfect letter initial pendant. This one is 14K white gold & the size is perfect & so was the price! I came back at a later time to purchase a chain… I didn’t want the chain too short nor too long. He suggested that he could add an additional loop to the 20 inch chain so that I could also wear it as a 18 inch necklace… I luv my new chain/​pendant! Mike is awesome & I highly recommend his store/​business. I’m completely satisfied & I wish there was a jewelry shop like this near Los Angeles. I will definitely keep visiting next time I’m in town!

This place is great. He has a collection of beautiful jewelry and will give you a good price on your jewelry. He wrote out exactly what he would offer for my jewelry and why that was the price he would pay. Gave me the paper so I could go home and think about it. One of the best experiences selling jewelry.

I worked with Michael a year back now for a ring that I had always dreamed of and after working with him I quickly came to the conclusion that he is simply the best. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and he was very excited to help me design the ring of my dreams. We gave him a budget and he not only came up with plenty of options but he worked with us on the price as well. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable, great follow through, AMAZING end result with the ring that turns heads continually! I HIGHLY recommend him and any other jewelry that I need I will be going here to get it or have it made!

I’m not much of a jewelry person so if I do ever get something, I want it to be unique… not a piece similar to what everyone else has. That idea led me to this jewelry store when I had finished visiting The Jewel Box, which is just down the sidewalk. (My jewelry loving friend Maria led me to both shops.)
Chique Jewelry offers a unique collection and friendly service with reasonable prices. I didn’t find what I was looking for but I’ll be back the next time I get it in my head that I need something interesting.

Mike is beyond helpful and knowledgeable about all things related to jewelery. He is honest, straight forward and takes his time with his clients, instead of pushing them to buy or pressuring them to make decisions. He’s a very talented jeweler with a wonderful variety of merchandise in his store — everything sparkles with happiness. The great thing is that you can go there with something in mind and find exactly what you want or you can go there with nothing in mind and stumble across something you will fall in love with.
I have two pieces from Chique and I absolutely love them! He has also fixed pieces from other jewlers for me and I couldn’t be happier with his work.

This is the only place to get your jewelry repaired. He has done several types of repairs for me and the pricing is more than fair. I never feel nervous leaving my jewelry there either. He has a great selection of jewelry that is not the same old thing you see in every other store. Love this place.
